Our stays at Marriitt TownePlace, 912 Crump St., Midland, TX have from our first stay been very, very pleasant. The hotel itself is modern, clean with ample sized rooms with comfortable beds and bedding. The manager is on top of having this hotel run in top notch fashion. The staff is friendly, helpful and accomodating. The breakfast setup and dining room is well maintained and is a great way to start off ones day. I highly recommend Marriott TownePlace, Midland, TX.

Next to I20 on the southwest part of Midland so it’s convenient for travelers. The good restaurants are in the opposite side of town. Very pleasant staff.

I rarely submit reviews, but I am a very frequent traveler. The hotel is light, clean and new and the attendant was very friendly and provided a great, quick overview of the hotel.

This property said it was pet friendly. NOTHING was said about a charge on Expedia's site, nor at the hotel. Instead, I was notified of a $100 charge on my CC AFTER we left the next morning. If I had been made aware of that, we would have stayed elsewhere as others were half that price. I'm disappointed that ******* did not make us aware of this when we were booking.
