Overall, it’s what you get for a cheaper hotel. But honestly staying here made me understand why I typically spend more on hotels. Water damage on the second floor, breakfast was bare, dead bugs in room, black mold, doors barely locked. And just overall ended up leaving early, and booking a last min room for up the road for my wife and daughter so they didn’t have to deal with all this. Was traveling due to a funeral, and booked 2 rooms for two nights, ended up leaving middle of the night the second night and stayed at another hotel after seeing bugs, roaches, and others. Again I guess this is what you get for a cheap hotel. Thank you for reminding me my family’s safety and well being is worth more to me then saving a few bucks. I’d post more photos but I just wanted to get out of there.

Very clean Hotel with very pleasant staff from the front desk to housekeeping. Most professional housekeeping staff I’ve ever came across. Best place to stay with family, Shower was amazing and relaxing. No disturbances and very friendly service from front desk.

I was on the second floor to start (no problem with that) There was so much water damage on the walls and ceiling tiles. Carpet was just gross. Like they don't have a carpet cleaner. Hole in wall was covered with tape then painted over. Stacks of brand new beds and end tables in boxes in the hall.

We were so Satisfied to stay at super8 miamisburg, location was good room was comfortable, we we’re getting together with friends, management very welcome and cooperative, at one point we felt that we were taking advantage of their polite behaviour,

The staff is friendly and accommodating, room cost was in my budget which is most part I like.the owner of the property was very welcoming

this hotel is taken care of. it is up to date and kept very clean! the beds and pillows very comfortable. it is not often you can say you had a good nights sleep at a motel, fortunately we had a good nights dleep at a hotel

Pay cash for your deposit! You get it back when you leave. Why you need to pay this is ludicrous as few guests cause any damage beyond normal wear and tear. It’s a way for these hotels to make extra free money as sometimes they hold these funds for up to 10 business days and make money on the float. If you do pay with a credit card, try to use the same card for your entire stay. Evidently, they don’t see the need to repay the deposit using the same card it was paid with. Someone else paid for a night later in the week and they used HIS card to refund my money. As far as I’m concerned, I didn’t get reimbursed! The front desk woman was rude, too. Usually this place has nice employees but not anymore! Her command of English is not good and she couldn’t explain very well what the situation was. The hotel is nice enough overall but they don’t deep clean anything. Grout on bathroom is dark, the front of the furniture has stains and smears., carpets so-so. They do not clean to standards most of us expect our temporary residences to be. Not the fault of the housekeeping but the management of the hotel.
