Access to the 2nd level deck expands your living space even further. Deck includes Weber gas grill, outdoor seating, Sonos sound system and a picnic table for outdoor meals. Kitchen is stocked with the necessary items to prepare and serve meals.The 3rd level has a full bathroom and a bedroom with a Queen bed complete with 49" 4K Ultra HD TV with surround sound and blu-ray player plus a dart board and a mini fridge. Add the access to the top deck, this room perhaps the most fun of them all.The 2nd bedroom on this level offers a pyramid bunk bed with a full sized on the bottom and a twin size bed top. Also included is a 49" 4K Ultra HD TV.There are 3 blow up mattresses stored in the closet and extra pillows and blankets that may be used as needed. You will also find a 6 person tent, kids can camp in the yard to add to the fun! There is off-street parking for 4 cars. Please carpool if needed as parking can be hard to find in the summer so this alone is a great feature. There is a fire pit in the back for those cooler summer nights roasting marshmallowsOnly 2 blocks from the beach and moments from some of the best local places, Washington Park, Zoo, Tour Boat and Charters, restaurants and outlet mall and Uptown Art District shopping.The indoor entertainment is equally as nice as the outdoor, to include 25 different games to play on the XBOX One.
