Cockroaches in the Rooms We had rented two small apartments, which initially seemed reasonably priced. However, after the second day, we discovered that both rooms had cockroaches. We even filmed one crawling directly next to the bed on the nightstand. In the other room, I found another cockroach under the bed, which I had to kill and remove myself. Another issue was the gap at the bottom of the front door. There was a 1 cm gap that led directly outside, with no lobby or protective area. This allowed practically anything—including pests—to easily enter the rooms. When we contacted customer service about the cockroaches, we were told it was because the hotel is located in a tropical area. Nevertheless, due to the hygiene issues and the recurring presence of cockroaches, we decided to cut our stay short and book another hotel. Unfortunately, switching to another building within the hotel was not an option. While customer service was friendly and confirmed the cancellation, we never received the €400 we paid for the two nights and are still trying to resolve the issue. In summary, The Samantha by Lowkl is absolutely not recommended for travelers who value cleanliness and hygiene. There was dust and dirt under the beds, as well as dead insects. The windows were dirty, and the floor was in such poor condition that I wouldn’t walk on it without sandals. It’s truly a shame that we didn’t get a refund for the two nights we didn’t stay.

The Location is good, closer to beaches, some cafes and shops. On the other side, condition of property and sounding are not good, no or poor customer service. We booked 2 rooms for 3kids and parents; with the specific requirement to have the room adjacent to each other or at least in the same floor, which was confirmed by the property on booking, to be on the same floor at the least. On arrival we found the rooms are as separate as it could be; one was on the first floor one corner the other one is on the 2nd floor other corner, I wasted half of my next day arguing on the phone, sending email/message, waiting for response, etc to get the rooms changed to the same floor. No one in property that could help. Comfort of the bedding and amenities are very basic. No reasonable parking facility nor instruction from the property to find a good one, I had to find one by myself about 20min walking distance that was reasonable. Surrounding of the property is dirty and not maintain, even the property is not maintained very, some doors (stairways doors) were sticky needed to bang them to open, cannot be operated by children. stairway standing area were jammed with stuff like renovation material, walkways are not maintained, residual water from the AC was running across the walkways, etc These may be apartments rentals no suitable to rented as a holiday destination.

Fui con mucho miedo por las críticas en varios portales y me sorprendió. Llegamos y nos recibió Ciro, la verdad que fue una sorpresa, muchos decían que el ingreso era complicado por qué no llegaba el código y otras cosas, pero encontrarlo a el fue genial, nos ayudó con todo, hasta nos enseñó a usar la lavadora. Si buen está en refacciones las instalaciones, como estábamos poco no molestaba. Es un lugar con mucho potencial y cuando terminen los arreglos será un 1000. Se nota que están haciendo todo para ser mejores. La ubicación es muy muy buena. Cerca de la playa y de paradas de bus. A 2 cuadras tenés parking público x 2 dólares la hora. la heladera es grande y con congelador. La habitación está bien. La terraza es hermosa. Volvería.

Bien ubicado, economico y accesible. La cocina comoda faltaban algunas cosas pero nada grave. Heladera grande y freezer. Muy conveniente. Brian nuestro host un genio! Lo mejor de la estadia. Nos dio una mano enorme con nuestras compras recibiendo los pedidos y orientandonos con horarios y lugares. Un genio! Respecto a la limpieza de la habitacion perfecto, las areas comunes podeian mejorar.
