the room is good and very comfortable. But the staff is very rude. The hotel does not have breakfast. The room was not cleaned. We had one pillow for two people. Towels were not changed. It wastes everything. The service is very bad. I don't recommend it to anyone

The woman that checked us in could not have been more rude. She could not answer direct questions and made things as difficult as possible. Parking is HORRIBLE. They only have 4 spaces for the entire building AND you have to pay for them! The room has been slightly altered compared to the posted photo but is a beautiful, wide open room. We were very disappointed that the hot tub on our balcony was unusable. The HVAC system in the room needs work. The fan runs 24/7 even if you turn it to auto and the temp is not accurate with the Tstat. (We do HVAC for a living) The room is cold and muggy so it's very hard to sleep comfortably. One of the handles on the two person sink is broken. The bathroom rug in front of the shower needs to be replaced. There are no places to hang towels near the shower. There is no entry rug from the balcony to come back into the room. The closet door is not level so it doesn't stay open. There is no place to sit other than the single vanity chair, so you can't just relax and watch TV. You have to be on the bed. One of the night desk clerks was great! His name is Nick. He was the most helpful person there. We were given a credit for the loss of the hot tub, but for the price we paid to stay in a penthouse, these things are disappointing.

Nice clean room, elevator et closing doors make a lot of noise... and don't expect elaborate breakfast.

It’s like Walmart met target, the rooms are clean. But the check in despite my calling in advance as I arrived late was super slow. The bathroom shelf was falling off, the light in the washroom kept going on every 5 min. The pillows were hard foam, too expensive for what it is. And the breakfast, it’s not breakfast.

In general the stay is great for 1 or 2 nights. The rooms were clean and the service was great. I do want to say that they need to have the internet ready on their tv since it’s already a smart tv and the other thing is the bathroom look like hospital bathroom which rakes away from how nice the room itself was. Other than that the staff was very kind and they really plwased all the needs we had.

Our overall stay was good. Our only complaints would be, Parking options are horrible and climbing into the shower difficult. If you have any disability it would be a no go. Room was clean and cute.

The good, Great location, the rooms are really big in the penthouse room and have a jacuzzi on the balcony. The bad, Towels are of really low quality with fluff everywhere on the body The beds are too soft sink in the bed Breakfast consists of toast and boiled eggs every day no kettle, hairdryer or iron in room No privacy when showering as there is no door The Ugly, Rooms are not cleaned every day unless you ask them to and even when I did they did not clean them properly Went down a few times and no one at the front desk to help with anything Mats on the reception floor are old and a trip hazard It is a shame as with some improvements this could be a nice hotel, does not cost much to put out some fruit and pastries for breakfast but I would never stay here again.

I left my $279. AirPod ll in the room and a $40 cigar lighter.? I went back a few hours later they had my lighter and the apple lanyard which had my AirPods connected. What a coincidence there was no AirPod twos there hooked to a necklace that they gave me. It’s difficult to take it off too. Somebody actually took it off. They should’ve just stole the whole thing because I have pictures of the lanyard connected to the Apple AirPod ll. It was left over the right window when you come in the room and look right on the windowsill.

We arrived later in the evening. When we went inside there was very little lighting coming into the hotel and no lighting in the hallways leading to the elevator. The room we stayed in was nice. It felt like you was staying at someone's home instead of a hotel. The bed was very comfortable, but very few toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast was not good. It seemed it was an after thought. The decore of the hotel was very interesting.
