I already mentioned we are paying service charge by my own credit card and the front desk confirmed It can be paid by a separate credit card. Now after paid the service charge the hotel charged again the service fee, from the deposit credit card, it is double charged and I knew it could have happened from previous comment I mentioned to the front desk it needs to be seriously taking cared, but still failed. It caused us a lot of trouble not to clarify the payment again again again and again. What a nightmare. Why is the hotel cannot figure out the services already paid and do not double charge again. The hotel is good, but the experience is terrible because they are not doing their things right and make the customers running around, we spent too much time to solve their mistake.

Booked, wouldn't refund or change the date on the booking despite my partner getting deployed and the trip having to be canceled but they enjoyed keeping my money and having an empty room. Never again!

If you’re traveling with kids or by yourself this place is a gem. Blue Ribbon sushi is 10/10! Fantastic! The hotel is chic, small and has two buildings that are literally right next to each other. Other reviews I read on here made it seem like this “other” building was blocks away. It’s not. My hotel room was upgraded, and we had a view of the pool. The pool is small and cozy. Chairs were always available and the pool bar has great drinks. The coconut was the best! Served with or without rum :) Housekeeping was so sweet. We had some items laundered as well. There’s a cute cafe in our building that opened early in the am until late afternoon. Perfect for grab and go snacks or breakfast/lunch. We ate at Orange Blossom which you can use your breakfast credit at…and the food/atmosphere was so good. The manager of the hotel, Mel, was so nice. He recommended places for me to take the kids for dinner, and answered all of my questions before we arrived. The whole hotel was accommodating and sincere. I stayed 3 nights/4 days and I’m already thinking of going back. Beach was maybe a 5 minute walk away. Otherwise, they have a shuttle. There are beach Chairs and umbrellas to rent. Don’t let this place slip by! You won’t be disappointed!

I had an amazing stay here. The rooms are well kept, the service from the front desk is top notch. The one girl who’s name starts with a K was phenomenal. So very helpful there they are. It’s just the carpets in the hallway that are so stink I could barely breathe walking down the hall to my room without covering my nose. They appeared to have been wet or soaked really bad and they allowed them to air dry when they should be pulled up and a new installation must happen. This place offers resort style vacationing which was a huge plus for me…not all inclusive but the whole vibe was just extremely great and beautiful. PLEASE CHANGE THISE CARPETS!!!!!

I absolutely love the Plymouth hotel. This hotel is absolutely adorable and the staff is incredible. Loved that they have access to a private beach and they give you a beach chair and towels.

This was a great place to stay! Removed from the hectic south Beach ***** but close enough to walk to. Staff and amenities were great!

The area where the hotel is is perfect. You don't have to get in a car to look for what you want. the hotel and the surroundings are beautiful
