We were satisfied. We slept here for 3 nights. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, apart from the bathroom, which I thought was small in relation to the room. The door to the balcony was kinda broken so we didn't really use it. When you check-in the reception gives some "tickets" of a happy hour and a beach ticket where you can use lounge chairs and an umbrella on Miami Beach (one for each day). There were a few downsides that I do want to point out. We did not use the swimming pool. We got an unpleasant feeling from that space. There was really no atmosphere at all, pool was really dirty, lots of neglected corners and it smelled like food pretty strong.... After lying there for about an hour we had had it. When you walk past many hotels, hear loud music and see a beautiful swimming pool with a bar, you think to yourself: damn, I would have liked that. Especially when you have to walk through hotel Marseilles to go to the beach and see how beautiful their pool area is. We slept in the suites and actually had almost no noise. We had extremely noisy neighbors tho and luckily there was someone at the front desk at night that we could report the noise to. There was a little incident with the housekeeping but they fixed that. Parking as a guest costs $30 per day. Overall pretty good :)
