Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay at Grand Chapultepec. The security staff were friendly and helpful as were the front desk staff. Our room was clean and recently renovated. The neighborhood is walkable with many food options. It is also a short walk to the attractions in Chapultepec Park. I would recommend this hotel.

Friendly and very helpful employees. Safe area, great coffee shop next door. Walking distance from many stores and attraction. We do not speak spanish and I was able to communicate with google translate. Some employees were speaking a bit of English. Internet connection was good so I could work all day in my room.

The condo itself was fine and housekeeping was good.However there was a renovation project going on below and made noise from 8 am until 7 pm every day. Also there was a demolition going on next door and there was a lot of dust around and in the property. The only advantage was the location next to the park.

Great location. Very friendly staff. 24 hour door security. Very clean and quiet. Close to busses and restaurants.

We had a great stay. Staff was amazing. Some things weren't perfectly new but that's okay because this was a great deal, our room was made up every day, we had plenty of space, and it was near everything!

The property is well located, just one block to Main reforma street. Unfortunately there was a construction and there was a little bit of noise. The apartment is nice and have everything you need. The A/C of the main room was not working and I had to sleep open door to let the living room A/C climate the main room. That’s the only incidence I had. Besides that, everything went well.

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout stay. Unfortunately there was serious construction work on our floor between 7:30am to 8:30pm which didn't make it a peaceful or relaxing stay. The gym is basic and power went out after 7mins on the treadmill. Thankfully in a great location with park nearby for outside exercise.

We chose this property because it is easily accesible to downtown walking. There were great restaurant options nearby, but two doorhandles were broken, the shower door was only half usable, the stove didn't work (which made it difficult to prepare food for our Type 1 diabetic 10-year-old, there was no soap or sponge to wash dishes, and there was such a strong smell of paint from the construction on our floor, that we head headaches when we slept. From morning until evening, there was banging on the walls from construction next door. People were nice, but they were clearly not prepared to have visitors.
