I booked same room for additional night and double checked night before and day of the extra day. When I came back after a tour all my items were missing- they put them in a bag and put in storage- took 1.5 hours to find my clothes and toiletries.

1）地理位置還可以 2）沒空調，熱。窗户打不開，3）重點：房間噪音平均達到了80分貝，根本無法睡。我的房間正對着一家餐廳的排風管，再加上車輛，超級吵。4）前台又給我看了另外幾間，而這幾間正對着幾間酒吧，一樣吵。我跟前台説太吵了，前台説這個地段就是很吵，即使不住也不會退錢。可是訂酒店時也沒有人通知説此酒店很吵。我實在沒辦法，即使他不退錢，我也立刻訂了另外一家，拖着行李走了。至今trip還在協調退單的事，這都快一週了吧，也沒結果。總之很差的經歷。

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, hay muchos sitios a los cuales asistir en frente y está a solo una cuadra del Angel de la Independencia. Lo único malo es que llegamos en la noche y la habitación aun no estaba lista. Fuera de eso el lugar está limpio, las habitaciones amplias. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este lugar.

Hotel is located to the USA embassy and all theaters and many more attractions on Mexico City.
Room and service are excellent

The Personal its pretty okay and humble. Just a little problems in the room. Definitely needs more towels, they just let us use 2 towels only for 2 people and honestly it does need more small ones for the hands

I think staying at a hostel would be better than staying at angel reforma. They had no towles had to ask the front desk. Linnen is dingy looks like bed sheets have been around for years instead of bien white they are dingy brown. No ac no heat . The only plus to the hotel is that its located in the center of things venders where awesome.

The location was great and staffs are friendly. But quite loud as you can hear everything from the street and the internet connection wasn't good.

I have stayed at Hotel del Angel many times. It is fully a no frills hotel, but a well managed property. It's a great option for some staying in CDMX who just need a place to sleep.
