Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon waiting for you in the garage. Outdoor shower for easy sand removal. Guest access Waterside Village is a gated community with pool, hot tub and tropical landscaping. We are located on a canal with a shared dock for day use with easy access to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Other things to note There is Parking for only two vehicles, one in the garage and one in the shared driveway. No boat trailer parking.
