The best Property i have visited so far Near Delhi NCR. Great Property with best hospitality. The food was amazing, the staff was so helpful, Rooms are full of luxury. I stayed at the property for two nights and i had the best experience with the ITC Grand Bharat.

Amazing place for a getaway. But highlight was Chef Dipankar's personal touch who went out of the way to make the evening even better with his amazing preparations for main course and some amazing desserts. Kudos to ITC GARAND BHARAT team and chef Dipankar !

Excellent ambience and a memorable visit. The food, sevice, grandeur and hygiene is exemplary. It is a must visit for every family and traveller and will want to come again and again.The 27 hole Jack Nicklaus design Championship Golf Course is also an added attraction. This is the best resort in South Asia.

Amazing experience at this retreat hotel, the hospitality and the food was top notch. My special regards to Chef Dipankar, who curated finger licking spread for us. The entire property is maintained by highly professional staff who offer prompt service.

The rooms are very comfortable and neat.The room service is great. Farman from housekeeping is amazing. He made animals out of towels on our beds. It was great. We also had a very clean pool in the back of our room. I enjoyed a lot. We had an overall great experience.

It was an excellent experience overall. Loved the ambiance. The hotel's facilities were awe-inspiring. I also took advantage of the private pool, which was a great way to relax after a long day. However, the standout aspect of my hotel experience was the exceptional customer service from the staff members Mr.Devashish Jhaveri and Mr.Arjun Kriplani from the moment I arrived, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to ensure all of my needs were met. They quickly checked me in, explained all the hotel amenities, and even offered to help me plan my day. Whenever I had a question or request, they responded promptly and with a positive attitude. The buffet breakfast served at The Prithvi ballroom was next to amazing! Chef Dipankar took great care of us. The housekeeping team also deserves praise - my room was spotless and restocked daily. Special mention to a few individuals they went above and beyond in terms of customer service, they were attentive and eager to assist- Arjun Kriplani, Devashish Jhaveri, Chef Dipanker & Meera, Shivam / Sahil (F&B), and Neha (front office). Would love to come again and again.

Excellent stay and hospitality. Very friendly staff and supportive - Special shout out for Deepraj - helped us with dinner and breakfast buffet - always smiling , happily servings and extremely polite person. Then Ashish , Harshad ji and Kunjus mam - thank you for making our day special with all love and hospitality.
