If I could give this place 20/10 for service, I would. When we arrived at the location, we were in a complete state of panic as we thought we had been scammed by the gas station up the road. After checking us in (a few hours early), the receptionist kindly accompanied us back to the gas station and helped us translate between Italian and English, clarifying the misunderstanding of the situation. This was exceptional service and kindness we were not expecting. The room itself was incredibly luxurious - we actually had 2 bedrooms (family suite) for 2 people. The walk-in wardrobe was a delightful surprise, although we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it. As we were both working while on holiday, the study desk in each room gave us the privacy and space to do our meetings and work independently. The bar fridge was useful for us to store our salads, snacks and bottled drinks. The bed was super comfortable and we had a very restful sleep. The pillows were also the right height. Thankfully, there was air conditioning - our previous hotel did not. We slept like babies. The bathroom had all the amenities, including a hairdryer which is essential for me. Best for last - breakfast the next morning was an absolute feast. The continental style breakfast spread was generous and we indulged in pastries, yogurt, fresh fruits and marvellous coffee. I believe everything is baked fresh in house. As we checked out, we were even gifted a bag of pastries to take on our journey with us. ＜3 I highly recommend this place, and I am ever grateful to the wonderful hospitality we enjoyed here.

Struttura nuova, camere spaziose Parcheggio interno comodo,ottima posizione per chi arriva da Villa San giovanni. Il sig Giovanni gentile e disponibile Colazione buona Una piccola precisazione per la pulizia, un po più accurata soprattutto nel bagno. Comunque lo consiglio .

Premesso che questa recensione è’ frutto della mia esperienza personale della visita fatta alla struttura. Prenotato una quindicina di giorni prima del soggiorno il gestore con molta gentilezza ci ha chiamato per chiedermi l’orario dell’arrivo ed infatti siamo giunti alle 12.30 molto prima del check in e di questo lo ringrazio. Ci ha dato delle dritte su dove visitare i posti a Messina. Ma le note dolenti sono sulla stanza che ci ha proposto, stanza con impianto domotico confinante con il parcheggio dove abbiamo potuto parcheggiare la nostra auto, ma stanza insonorizzata, all’ingresso un via vai durante la notte degli altri ospiti che tralatro oltre a sentire la porta sbattere continuamente come se fosse all’interno della stanza, ed inoltre un climatizzatore comandato con impianto domotico ma che faceva un rumore infernale ! Quindi una notte calda ed insonne! Dovevano prendere il traghetto quindi a parte i 115 euro per la camera con colazione con a parte un caffè non abbiamo fatto e non posso giudicare. Per la camera il mio giudizio è’ pessimo forse anche meno. Ma la gentilezza del gestore può compensare un voto che può essere un voto medio a patto di non riposare nella stanza che confina con l’ingresso e con il parcheggio! Evitatela
