Very old. Rooms not updated.no fridge only old fashioned ice box, no in room coffee, very dated. Whole place pretty smokey. Non smoking floors a bit better. Food not good.

The hotel was eclectic with one restaurant that required reservations and one that was open dining. The buffet is only open Fri-Sun and we were there on Wed. The room was okay. Beds were clean, water was tepid at night but definitely had hot water in the morning. Didnt want to step into the bathtub though because it looked like it had never been cleaned. Overall the gift shop, coffee shop, and pizza place in the ****** were really nice and the staff at the registration desk were all very friendly. I would recommend staying for one night but maybe not during the middle of the week.

Our stay at CasaBlance resort was great. Easy check-in and out. Clean comfortable rooms. Unable to enjoy the outdoor and pools because of rain but the gaming and entertainment was great indoor. Conventiently off the
highway but not close enough to hear the noise.

Room had stained sheets, towels, and curtains. The back of the bathroom door had dried urine stains all down the door.
Would not recommend. Never staying here again

Sheets/towels had holes in them, floor looked like it has never been vacuumed, hair in the bathroom, plug ins for electronics are behind bed and impossible to get to. On arrival, checkin was wearing a mask then blew his nose and handed me my card back without sanitizing. The place smelled of cigarette smoke and it was overpowering. Had to move rooms to try and escape it as even non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke.

Our only complaint is lack of plug-ins by bed stand. Had to unplug either clock or lamp to plug in my sleep apnea machine. Also usually recharge iPad and phone and like them on the night stand.

Let’s just say, never again. Had a great lunch (food and server), figured dinner would be good - ****** (food and server). No coffee in room (not even a 2-cup), bathroom floor was sticky, a/c unit sounded like a train coming in the window (and we were on the 9th floor!). Gaming was worse than dinner. Had about 30 minutes of fun for 6 hours. When 20 free spins gets you a $3.80 win, .88 bet…something is wrong. Great live band though at the bar.

Our room was on first floor rm 1049. The bed was comfortable but the flood light was so bright outside our window. For some reason, there is no curtain or drape on the window and the light was pointed at our window. We put bath towels on the window shutter to block the light but didn't help much.

The person at front desk,didnt tell us how to connect to wifi or give us a passcode
They didnt tell us where the fitness room was
