This place is fully equipped for a comfortable short or long term stay. Not to mention, this house is conveniently located near several Spring Training stadiums, golf courses, and hiking trails. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: - Master Bedroom features a King bed with ensuite bathroom that has double vanities, a walk-in shower, bath tub, large walk-in closet, TV, and a private exit to the backyard. - King sized beds can be found in bedrooms 2 and 3 combined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. - A Queen sized bed can be found in bedroom 4. OUTDOOR LIVING: - Private yard - Covered patio w/ outdoor seating and dining area - Pergola w/ outdoor seating and fire pit table - Traeger and Grill - Private salt water pool (NOT fenced or heated) - There is a spa attached to the pool and after many attempts and a lot of money spent to fix it, we sadly cannot offer it as an amenity at this time. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces.
