Only 15 min away from Scottsdale, Gilbert, and Tempe you can have the convenience of exploring all neighboring towns. This newly furnished single story home comes with a comfortable floor plan and is equipped with all the amenities for the perfect getaway for adults and children of all ages. The fenced in sparkling pool comes with a heater and chiller so you can enjoy it anytime of the year. The outdoor comes with a covered dining area, bbq, and lounging space making it easy to enjoy all outside activities such as corn hole or pickle ball.
