The property was built in the early 70s and designed to be a peaceful place to retire. Loblolly was purchased from the original family in 2007 and completely reimagined... Evenings at beach fire pit relaxing, watching the sunset while dolphins jump in the background.... enjoying the dock, kids in playground next to you while you sunbath at pool.
