From check in to check out we had the best experience. Friendly staff, very clean place. I love that you have a full kitchen and a fireplace! We will most definitely be back. Very close proximity to outlets and awesome food choices!

The staff was very friendly and fantastic. The rooms are nice and big with a kitchen, it's very convenient to the highway and in the safe area. The reason for the two-star rating is that the rooms are extremely tired, dated and in disrepair, The furniture is stained and old, wallpaper is peeling. When you read the reviews, the owner continues to make the justification that some units are in the process of being upgraded, but there are basics that could be done in a weekend that would make the room significantly better and at the very least when you check in, if you're given one of the older non-upgraded rooms (which you have no way of knowing when you book your reservation online) it should be at a significantly discounted price.

The girl at the front desk was very nice and informative. Also, very helpful about dining in the area. The room I stayed in which was in building 20 was very outdated. The entire building looked old and in need of repair. The door knobs were old and scratched up, the other hardware was rusty. The carpet had a stain on it. The pillows seemed old and very used. I probably would not stay there again. Disappointing. The entire building was creepy

Exterior lights on stairway out. Leaves completely covered walks and outside stairs.
Staff in office very friendly and helpful.
Bathroom caulking and trim getting shabby.

We booked a 2 night stay and were immediately impressed with the Residences at Daniel Webster. The on duty clerks were very friendly and helpful. The facility was amazing both inside and out. It appears as a time share property. It was well attended but yet quiet. The rooms we had were fully equipped, large, clean, and comfortable.

Plan was to stay one night but due to circumstances beyond my control end up staying four nights. This hotel rating is completely off. The check in/out was uneventful; I will say the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. The room on the other hand is a whole different experience. The front of our unit was dirty (used tissue), the bathroom had a horrible odor and bed was lumpy. There were couple of flies in the unit, guessing the door was left open before we got in.
On the good side there was a kitchen with bare necessities.

I’m so incredibly thankful. My home was sold after 11 years and after months of looking I still couldn’t find anything, this place made us feel less like crap and more like a family still. Thank you Resdinces from my family to yours
