The staff at check in was very nice and the staff at check out was very kind too. please make sure my 100 dollar refund goes thru Omar amrani. I appreciate the stay clean hotel and peaceful if you are driving by or last min stop this place is great.

Hotel is located in a safe, quiet area; easy to access just off the highway. Very friendly staff. Room was as described and comfortable for our one night stay. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Definitely recommend this hotel, super close to Outlet shopping which was the reason for our visit.

It’s was good other then that maids who cleaned our room before we checked in didn’t notice that people who had room before us left a pair of shorts in the bathroom

Normally it was my favorite hotel, but this time I am disappointed, especially the cleanliness of the room and especially the sheets, heating makes noise. staff is always friendly and kind

Easy check in. Place looks like it has been remodeled. I won't stay anywhere else when I am in Merrimack. My go to place for comfort.

Easily accessible location off NH Rt 3. Nashua is close by and the Merrimack Premium Outlets are just a short distance away.

This is a nice hotel right by the highway, with friendly efficient staff and comfortable rooms. I would be glad to stay there again.

In general, it was ok. Staff members at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Bathtub/shower was dirty, and bed not as comfortable as other hotels - smallest pillows I have ever seen. We got in late and left early, so just made do without requesting anything. Probably would choose another place the next time.

Really nice staff. Lots of hot water. Only thing was the washing machine spin cycle didn’t work. Everything else was great.
