Les chambres ont un grand besoin de rafraîchissement, moisissures dans la salle de bain et pas de kit de première nécessité et plus de machine à café dans la chambre. Novotel à bien baissé en France, c’est décevant, C’est bien pour une nuit mais pas tellement plus !

酒店環境很不錯,一層的樓房。有bar,有泳池,離機場就2km路,有直達的輕軌可以做,很方便。周圍環境也不錯。

We stayed at Novotel Bordeaux for two nights before continuing our journey to the coast. While our room was adequate for a short stay, it was a bit dated and small for our family of four. Unfortunately, our dining experiences were disappointing. The service in the restaurant was very poor. We ordered drinks, but the beer was missing. Despite following up, it was never brought to us. The children's desserts also did not arrive, even after asking twice. Breakfast the next day was equally subpar: there were no plates, limited choices, and only one waitress struggling to manage everything. The system was very unorganised. In the afternoon, we decided to relax by the pool. However, the service at the poolside kiosk was lacking as the attendant frequently disappeared for long periods, making it difficult to get drinks. Additionally, the receptionists were often unavailable when we needed assistance. On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent, with easy tram access into Bordeaux, proximity to the airport, and enjoyable cocktails (when they eventually arrived). Overall, while the location and amenities are good, the service needs significant improvement to meet 4 star expectations.

Located very close to Bordeaux Airport, you can either walk (20 min) or catch Tram next to it. Rooms were superb. Dinning area was great with excellent views to the outside, breakfast was buffet. Staff was helpful. Parking space is available for customers.

Ahhhhhhh mes 2 jours de cauchemars à Merignac !!!! Check-in manquant de professionnalisme et de qualité d'accueil ( on est en 4*, pas en auberge de jeunesse ! ) , + paiement d'avance ( ma CB est pourtant en garantie ) avec sur-facturation deux fois du pdej, pourtant déjà indiqué dans le tarif de réservation, + avec un argument fallacieux d’écologie, on me demande si le ménage doit être fait entre les recouches !!? ,( à quand le chauffage en option ? ), pas de surclassement de chambre alors que l’hôtel n'est pas complet ( carte platinium ) , + toute la partie bar et restaurant n'est plus relié à l’hôtel mais à l'enseigne de restauration complétement indépendante ( faut ajouter une locomotive Hippoptamus pour remonter l’hôtel ? ) ce qui veut dire que le moindre café ou plat est à payer de suite sans pouvoir mettre sur la chambre. Le "welcome drink" est limité à une liste très courte de boissons, donc très loin du mot "welcome" que tous les autres Novotel pratiquent . Deco du lobby et des communs refait au bénéfice de l'hyppo et pour attirer l’œil du passant , mais les chambres ne sont pas rénovées depuis presque la création de l’hôtel ( on vient à l’hôtel pour apprécier et se reposer dans la chambre... c'est le principe d'une prestation hôtelière de qualité ) , on retrouve le gros crépis partout sur les murs et au plafond et un étai qui tient la tv ! De nombreux concept de chambres ont pourtant été développées depuis par Novotel , là vous vous retrouvez "back to the past" ...même pas vintage. Des problèmes de climatisation signalés sans suite à un personnel peu impliqué qui se réfugie toujours derrière "la direction" . Au pdej c'est pas mieux , buffet moyen , deux bassines récupèrent les fuites d'eaux ( ça peut arriver ) mais la personne responsable de la salle (désagréable) est plus préoccupée de passer ses appels personnels, que de nettoyer les tables laissées vacantes, ou de se souvenir du numéro de chambre pour la facturation. Enfin au check out le "bonjour" et un sourire chaleureux semble être en option. Tout cela a été signalé sur place sans avoir d’impact particulier, le collaborateur se réfugie toujours derrière la direction. Celle ci semble plus préoccupée par son compte d'exploitation, et fait complétement fausse route en oubliant la signification du mot "client" ? Je suis fidèle de l'enseigne partout dans le monde et j’étais fidèle de Merignac , je les avais quitté il y 5 ans à cause de promesses non tenues ( la fameuse réponse où ils mettent tout en œuvre patati patata ....et que je verrai la différence à mon prochain passage ... ) , 5 ans après , j'ai voulu réessayer mais rien a changé, si ce n'est en pire . A au fait, c'est le prix Novotel évidement ! C'est une honte pour l'enseigne et je crois bien le pire Novotel que j'ai du faire. Il y a 2 autres Novotel à Bdx et bien meilleur , le Lac lui par ex est digne de l'enseigne Y retournerais je ? Non... bien sur , plus jamais à Mérignac !

Very poor for a Novotel. It must be the worst I've stayed in. A tired hotel in need of a major refurb, inside and out. Staff need training in basic customer service skills. They seemed ill-equipped to handle foreign visitors, which is a weakness for an airport hotel. The room needed attention: cleanliness, damaged pillow, bulb not working (and staff had no ideal how to deal with that!), phone not working, aircon variable, loose towel rail, water running down shower pipe, etc. Beware the coffee deal: they don't give you free coffee in the room any more, and you only get one coffee for each voucher produced. There was only one in our room and one of us went without! How mean. Only advantage is that it's well-located for communications, like tram and motorway. Doesn't deserve its star rating.

Terrible service , air condition dosn't work they give us fun and said next day we will get new room , we have new room but air conditions still doesn't work , wife it's allergy for sun and heat we go out 1 day before we should so we lost money also I benn told in first day when reporting aiir condition doesn't work we will get 15 % refund till I fighitng wiht booking to get my money back , if I want hotel with not air condiniot I will find it , this air condition and service alse are poor , wont recommend to anyone !!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬 INCOMPRÉHENSIBLE!!!!!🤢🤢 Message à la direction…. Catastrophique accueil de MAXIME….🥶😤🤯🤡 Je voyage constamment dans des hôtels grâce à mon travail mais là j’ai voyagé dans le passé… Arrivé en famille ( femme, enfants 6 ans, 8 ans et 1 ans) à 2h du matin pour un départ à 8h du matin et Maxime nous refuse l’accès à cause du bébé de 1an qui d’après lui est considéré comme adulte. En lui expliquant que nous avons fait 700 km avec un état de fatigue avancé il ne discute pas et demande de prendre une seconde chambre pour la mère et le bébé au prix de 107euros pour 6h de sommeil. DISCUSSION IMPOSSIBLE… je décide donc de prendre une seconde chambre avec l’offre famille ( 2 eme chambre à 50% ) qui est précisé sur le site en me disant que la responsable absente à cet heure ci ( Delphine) fera le nécessaire le lendemain matin pour comprendreu et faire un geste. Mais la encore, MAXIME refuse et monte dans la chambre de ma famille en tapant à la porte à 2h du matin me demandant de sortir immédiatement ( le temps de faire dormir les enfants inquiets de voir leur père les abandonner ). Je suis à la fois très très énervé mais tellement déçu et compte bien faire le nécessaire auprès de la direction pour avoir une explication et surtout des excuses. Je suis obligé de faire un bisou aux enfant via whatsapp et après tous cela je me retrouve à dormir à la réception devant MAXIME….

We stayed a night here, the staff were nice to deal with and helpful regarding restaurant and room options. It is so easy to catch the train to the airport as it stops right outside so you only have a short walk. The rooms are tired but clean which is all you can ask.

Stayed here twice in 2022. On the first stay, I was given a deluxe room a long way from reception, which was quiet and had effective air-conditioning as well as enjoying a view over the gardens. On the second visit, I had a room close to reception with a view over the roof of the restaurant area. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning was either turned off centrally (as typically happens in Accor hotels) or didn't work in the room, which meant opening the window letting the noise from the fans for the kitchens and restaurant into the room. For dinner, I tried the restaurant (a steakhouse) and was warned of a 30 minute wait, but in the event the food arrived more quickly. Breakfast was acceptable, but nothing special. Location is convenient for the airport bus (now a tram)

The renovated entrance is nice, service pleasing. Having hippopotamus restaurant on site is a plus, although we could not eat there on New Year’s Eve due to excessive priced menu for réveillon. People made sure our taxi would be on time for our flight before the shuttle

As part of a family group we spent a night at this hotel, we have stayed here many times in the past 30 years and always enjoyed it. The reception staff were excellent especially a lady named Delphine who went out of her way to be helpful. We found several of the bar and restaurant staff not so helpful and a couple were very rude when we asked if the bar and restaurant was open at lunchtime. The meal in the evening was acceptable but not to the high standards of previous visits and is now a glorified burger bar. I requested a cheese selection and was told they did not serve cheese( what has happened to France ? ) I realised the hotel is undergoing renovations and that was not a problem, on leaving the hotel there was a problem with getting a taxi and again Delphine was extremely helpful and took us to the airport in her car.

Très déçu il faut parcourir un couloir de 50 mètres pour accéder à l’ascenseur. Une odeur de citronnelle dans la chambre et un store qui ne s’ouvre pas car soit disant trop de moustiques ! Un IPN comme mat pour la Tv, un goût particulier pour la deco Et pour finir une bestiole dans les toilettes voir photos

Réservation faite en chambre exécutive donc accès aux boissons et grignotage présents au sein du mini-bar de la chambre. Chambre reconditionnée aux nouveaux standards Novotel donc bonne surprise de ce côté là par rapport à mon dernier séjour en ancienne chambre. De fait chambre plus agréable visuellement et bien mieux aménagée qu'avant. Offre petit déjeuner complète sans manques.
