Mansión Mérida Boutique Hotel - Restaurant

Gorgeous boutique hotel with staff that goes above and beyond. The heir of the estate actually greets guests and ensures they have a pleasant stay. We only got to stay for one night, but they upgraded our room and allowed us to enjoy the pool as we arrived early and they needed time to get the room ready. It is worth the price.

The hotel is nothing short of beautiful and breathtaking aesthetically! You are in great care in every way with the staff and the hotel owner in every way you can of. They are all very catering and friendly ! They make some delicious food and make you feel at home! Very clean and replenished daily! I celebrated my birthday their and they made me a beautiful towel decorate cake just like in a cruise ship. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful hotel boutique it’s a whole and memorable experience, you won’t regret it ! Very central to all the downtown attractions and walking distance to the Mercado, cathedral , and various plazas nearby ! Definitely going back to stay with them soon !

Mansion Merida is a beautiful old mansion that was converted into a boutique hotel 8 years ago. We loved having breakfast in the courtyard next to the fountain, lots of plants, large selection of breakfast options (included in the room price), excellent service from all of the staff, personal attention from the owner, and located one block from the central plaza with many boutiques and restaurants nearby as well as in the hotel. We look forward to staying there again.

Everything about Hotel Mansion Merida was stellar, from their attention to our room request, to the welcome drinks, to their assistance with our departure travel, just to name a few among a multitude of special gestures. This is a beautiful boutique hotel with exquisite service and delicious food. There would be no need to leave the hotel- except to see the sites and try some other good restaurants which are in walking distance. There are many fine touches here such as cookies at night and boxed lunches for early departures. We will be returning to this treasure! Thank you Raul and staff.

This hotel was everything I could’ve dreamed of and more! From the easy online booking, check in, check out, every interaction with every hotel employee was 100% top notch, VIP-level treatment. The gorgeous property is just the starry of your journey when you enter into the world of the serene open-air courtyard mixed with old world art and Victorian hand-painted walls. Your senses are heightened when the valet brings a bright green tangy local plant-based fruity welcome drink in a champagne flute to wet your whistle as you check in. Each room has a little veranda area with a sitting area outside and the rooms themselves are unique and decorated like a ballroom out of Bridgerton. Stay here for as many nights as you can afford to pamper yourself! Robes, slippers, oh my! Discounts at the amazing restaurant- I’ll take it! A balcony off of the room? How European! A boxed breakfast for the airport?! That’s unheard of! Hotel Merida- we will see you next time!

The Hotel Mansion de Merida is pure elegance. Every minute that we spent at this beautiful hotel we were treated like absolute royalty. The owner, Raul, has made sure that every detail in this magnificent hotel is absolutely perfect. The moment we arrived we were ushered in to paradise. The hotel was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in my life. The courtyard has framed photos of the family, showcasing the history of the hotel and the legacy that is being kept alive today. I am still dreaming of the Papdzules and Cochinita Pibil that were prepared by the lovely chef that we were introduced to during our stay. Our stay included breakfast each morning, and it was the most delicious breakfast with the freshest ingredients. The coffee, the juices...I have never had papaya or mango that fresh. If I could choose one restaurant to eat at the rest of my life, it would be at the Hotel Mansion de Merida. In the afternoons we enjoyed the beautiful pool, and there was no need to ask, Mojitos and Margaritas appeared for us. The room was grand and spacious. When we checked in there was a plate of delicious fresh fruit, flowers, and a welcome note from Raul. Every possible comfort was provided: robes and slippers, the finest toiletries and linens. In the evenings, our bed was turned down and fresh cookies appeared in the room. I can not say enough about the hospitality we were shown from Raul and the hotel managers. They looked after us every day. We were not treated like hotel guests, but like we were staying in the family home and were part of the family for the time we were there. The entire staff was exceptionally attentive and amazing, and when we left, my husband and I felt like we were leaving our friends behind in Merida. The highlight of our stay was when the owner of this beautiful Mansion, invited us to have dinner with him one night. It was truly magical. My husband and I felt so priveleged to be able to have dinner and treated to his personal tequila tasting and dinner. We are so grateful to have had the trip of our lifetime and our Honeymoon in Merida.

This great and refined old Mansion seats in the heart of Merida, with Teather's , Catedral and Churches nearby is the ideal place to stay in Merida. The staff is friendly and attentive to the guest needs. We were lucky to be greeted by the Director General of the Hotel Raul Casares who was always attentive to our needs. Great location, friendly staff and weel comfortable rooms.

A beautiful Mansion, located in the middle of Downtown Merida Yucatan's parque Hidalgo. I received royalty treatment at this amazing place. I had a balcony with view of the events going on in the park. The entire team were wonderful, great service and nice hospitality. Huge rooms tastefully decorated as a palace. Raul Cesares V Director General met with every single guest to make sure that we were having a comfortable and enjoyable stayed at his Mansion Merida. I am grateful to Raul and his entire team.
