A simple room which could be improved with better lighting. A decent size with a table and chair. The bathroom was adequate and yes the shower needs to run to warm up. Merida is a lovely place with lots to see and do. Lots of restaurants and one I enjoyed was La Mafia, if you like Italian food. There’s also the Temple of Diana and the river with a beautiful old bridge for a pleasant stroll, all very picturesque. Breakfast was average but adequate. I’d stay here again as it was a budget option and it was very convenient as I was on the Via de la Plata pilgrimage.

Al o a los propietarios del Hotel Nova Roma. Suplico que hagan un esfuerzo económico por su hotel y por sus empleados ya que el poco prestigio que tenían lo han perdido hace tiempo. Es vergonzoso como tienen el hotel. No lo hagan de golpe, poco a poco, cuando termine la temporada alta. Hagánlo por sus magnificos empleados, por las familias de estos y por su orgullo (si lo tienen). Tienen una localización envidiable que ahora mismo no se la merecen. GRACIAS.

A pesar de las obras en la calle y las reformas que está acometiendo el Hotel, me he sentido muy a gusto, habitaciones confortables, ambiente familiar, muy muy bien ubicado a pocos metros del Teatro Romano y del casco histórico, y como tengo que volver varias veces por motivo de trabajo, ya he decidido que sera mi hotel de referencia y he reservado varios viajes por anticipado. Recomendable sin duda.

Hotel muy bien situado para visitar los principales monumentos de Merida, muy cerca del teatro romano, pero algo descuidado, aunque cumple las expectativas para una o dos noches de paso por la ciudad necesita una reforma ya que no está a la altura de las 3 estrellas.

Encantados con el hotel. Silencioso, limpio, el personal está siempre que lo necesitas y notas como se preocupan de que estemos agusto. La ubicación estupenda, muy cerca de todo. En recepción te explican detalladamente las opciones turísticas zona de restaurantes,... Desayuno abundante y de calidad y los detalles como dejar un calentador en el baño para el bebé, la cuna, en fin, lo recomendaremos y ojalá podamos repetir

El bufet normalito, las habitaciones un poco viejitas pero bien conservadas, buena limpieza, buena ubicación, silencioso y parking en el mismo hotel, cercano a todo lo importante, el personal muy atento y amable

La habitación amplia en la cuarta planta, pero con un ruido infernal de máquinas desde arriba que impide descansar y dormir. El secador de pelo, además, no funciona. Tiene cafetería, pero esta cerrada. Tiene parking, pero está lleno. Sólo pido que si ofertan servicios tienen que estar disponibles siempre. No creo que vuelva.

Para nosotros el mejor hotel calidad precio de la ciudad. Llevamos yendo muchísimos años . El personal es muy amable. Cuenta con ascensor, nevera y parking. Desayuno correcto. Muy cerca del centro y del teatro Romano. Volveremos siempre que volvamos a la ciudad
