Just back from a family holiday here. Stayed in Block B - room 310. Beautiful spacious apartment - there were 6 of us staying and plenty of room for all. Very well designed apartment, spotless and in a good location in the village of Meribel. Would highly recommend!!

We are really disappointed with our appartment because of the smell. We thought at first it was the drains but it’s outside and is apparently because of a 3rd part restaurant and they can’t go anything about it. It’s hot and sunny at the moment and I nearly fell over walking past it really stinks - our apartment is above the offending stair well and I don’t want to sit out on the balcony. I am not impressed - the hotel receptionist was really unhelpful saying it’s not us so we can’t do anything about it. The apartment is nice but the kitchen pans need replacing all the non stick is damaged - there are no wooden spoons ! Very cross and unhappy bunny

We had a fantastic time here. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with the rooms upstairs and a lounge and kitchen downstairs. We ate in most evenings and found the kitchen equipment sufficient for our needs. The apartment was of a high standard and the beds including the sofa bed was comfy. The pool was amazing and a great facility. I emailed the hotel before arriving asking for a room far from the bar as I heard it was noisy. The hotel did as requested and we were far away so thank you! The layout in the boot room took some getting used too. Perhaps better signage would help. You need one entrance to get in and another to get out. We would definitely stay here again if in Méribel!

We had a wonderful week staying here. Our 2 bed apartment was stunning and we had a Mountain view. We did have to collect extra bedding for the sofa bed but reception were super friendly and the bed was big and comfy. Yes it takes a while to navigate the hotel but everything was close for us on level 1. The spa and pool area were a godsend at the end of the day. The boot room lockers were great for 5 people’s gear. We had an issue with our return transfer and reception kindly phones a local company on our behalf to arrange another one. We were very grateful as we only just made our flight home. The pub was lovely and had a free pool table to use. We would stay again! Emma

Not a 5 star hotel ! Service is horrible, Comfort equipment broken. no possibility of washing clothes, all washers out of service. Staff untrained and un prepared to manage. Not a 5 star service, Poorly managed.

We had a fantastic two week stay in a two bed apartment in Jan 2023. The hotel staff made our stay really enjoyable and were very helpful. The hotel is in a great location with a short 200m walk to the escalator to access the ski slope. There is a supermarket, butcher and the patisserie just across the bridge. And there is another SPAR supermarket 5 min walk down the hill. Best of all the hotel has a deal with the patisserie shop if you order by 7pm and then delivers fresh baguette, croissants to reception ready for pick up at 7.30am. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel The indoor pool and sauna is great after a hard days skiing. The hot tub outside was good but could of been a bit hotter. Once you get used to the passageways in the hotel it is easy to navigate. The ski lockers were big enough for four sets of skis and boots. If you need to do washing there is only two washing machines in the complex so plan ahead. We have skied many places around the world and we are coming back in Jan 2024 as we had such a great time in Meribel and the three vallies. There is so much skiing we did not do and we are advanced skiers. Some days we were skiing 50km and we were very lucky with the snow and we got some great powder days and off piste skiing. Hopefully we can get it again in Jan 2024!

Alround excellent facilities, perfectly appointed apartment with south facing wrap around balcony. Lovely attentive staff, great ski lockers. Extremely attentive staff. The views are amazing, the snow and weather hard to beat (not sure how they arranged that;-)

Beautiful apartment which served us well as a base in Meribel. Warm and comfortable, luxurious accommodation. Well equipped, immaculately clean and well maintained. Fully equipped kitchen area, ideal for a family or couples. We had a two bedroom with two bathrooms apartment which was ideal for two couples sharing. Walking distance from the Chaudanne for skiing. Highly recommended.

A few pros and cons for this residence Pros - good location, walking distance to restaurants and gondolas (or one bus stop away if feet are aching) friendly and helpful reception staff Pretty clean and new fittings etc. accommodated our request for ground floor (great for kids to play in snow) Cons - noisy room. Can hear people overhead and next door. Wasn't helped by drills and grinders from early morning one of the days Heating system didn't seem to work - couldn't turn it up so cold bedroom Very noisy gurgly plumbing and smell from drain Some evidence of maintenance issues - drawer in dish washer missing all the wheels etc Overall it was ok accommodation. Not sure we will be back.

I cannot recommend this apart-hotel enough. The accommodation was excellent. It is possible to walk to the ski lifts, but you can also hop on the shuttle bus to shorten the walk. The staff on reception could not have been more helpful and friendly. The pool and spa area are lovely (although the pool surface is a bit rough). We borrowed a raclette one evening for a traditional meal. All bedding and towels are provided. We were given a free parking space in the underground car park. Perfect location for Les Trois Vallées skiing area.

While well located, the Hevana is very poorly designed and definitely not a five star resort. The rooms have little if no storage. The ski room is a labyrinth and very small. Moving around in the hotel is a nightmare. The staff was not very useful. They only provided 4 keys for a party of 5. Guests must strip the beds and take garbage and recycling out on check out day. Check out is also very early.

This is our second stay in l’hevana - our first stay was immediately before lockdown in March 2020. We like this place a lot. Staff at all times were super helpful and pleasant. Positives The location walking over to the escalator to get to piste is 5 min /100m walk skiboots for us that’s good. Location wise you’re in heart of meribel and so close to eating out or apres The rooms are well kitted out and nice decor Big balcony for catching sun all afternoon for south facing apartments Spar located right across the road and bakery just up the hill. The bar is nice and has good chilled vibe. It’s good value for location and standard of kit out. Negatives The main bedrooms aren’t huge but it’s along way from a p&v place off of the 70s-80s. Ski room is located on floor 2 and then lift to exit to bridge is a faff General layout is a labyrinth but fine once you work it out. Some noise depending on direction of where your apartment is - but hey it’s bang in middle of meribel so unsurprising. The spa is small for the number of rooms - could do with more places to sit/loungers . We will definitely stay here again and would recommend highly.

Nice stay with some things that could be improved. We stayed in a two-bedroom appartment with 6 adults. The appartment was spacious for this group (compared to other Pierre&Vacances resorts we have visited). The first bedroom has a double-bed, own tiny toilet and a shower. The second bedroom has two separate beds that tend to slide away from each other (we had a couple staying in that room). The sofa bed in the living room/kitchen was spacious enough for two 20+ old sisters. The kitchen was good: stove, oven, microwave, refridgerator, coffee machine (normal +capsule), water cooker, toaster and sufficient amount of dishes. Separate toilet and the second bathroom made it easy for 6 persons to stay in this appartment. The room was nice and clean. The main problem with the appartment was the drainage smell coming from the kitchen waterlock. The smell was clearly noticeable each time you entered the room (you got used to it when staying in the room for a while). Reception just told us to pour water to the drainage and did not react at all when we said that it does not help. Ski room is really good. The lockers are big enough for 6 pairs of skis and boots. The boot driers are working well and the boots are actually dry next morning. There is a lift from the ski room to the pathway taking you to the Meribel center. 3 minutes walk to the escalator (next to the tourist office) which takes you to the green piste taking you to the Meribel ski lifts. You can order bread to the reception for the morning and enjoy fresh bread and excellent croissants in the morning. The ski rental in the same building is nice in case you need to rent the equipment. The indoor pool is ok, the outdoor jacuzzi is very small (max 5 persons) and it was occupied all the time. A sauna and a steam sauna were ok, but there were no functional showers in the pool/sauna area (water was so hot that it was impossible to take a shower). All in all, excellent place for a skiing holiday. I would have given 5 stars without the drainage smell in kitchen/living room.
