First off if you are looking for a pool this is not the hotel!!! Their pool is PERMANENTLY closed. They staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is near shopping and restaurants.

We booked this hotel for a cheer competition- I did not know that the pool was closed/out of service (not the hotels fault) but that is a huge bummer for kids especially when we are used to staying at hotels with pools for tournaments. The check in staff and process were both easy and friendly! The room and areas were clean and well kept. The only other thing that would suggest or like to see is the working side entrance (with a key) we try to use the stairs to avoid the elevator backing up and it would be easier with a side entrance/exit by the stairs (the current one says emergency only alarm with sound).

There is water dripping from a hole in the ceiling of the foyer and other cosmetic issues that could easily be fixed. Also, the water pressure in the shower needs fixed

Rooms very clean and comfortable- great beds and pillows. Front staff efficient and friendly. Breakfast a good variety.

For a one night stopover, to do a little shopping, it was just fine. Nothing over the top, but really only slept there and didn’t spend much time there other than that.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities you need. Rooms are always clean. Best hotel for your money in the area by far.

Good value choice. Renovated room. Quiet. Ok breakfast. Close to highway, gas stations and small selection of restaurants.
