Accolti con un sorriso e dallo scodinzolio di Jerry, simpatico cucciolo. Camera pulita e spaziosa con bagno grande. Bel giardino con lettini e piccola vasca per momenti di relax nelle giornate più calde. Ottima la colazione con torta e biscotti fatti in casa, oltre ad una parte salata.

Wir kommen schon einige Jahre in unser kleines Paradies.So kann man das "Home Suite Home" bezeichnen.Es stimmt einfach alles.Loredana und Maik sind aufmerksame und herzliche Gastgeber, bei denen wir uns immer willkommen fühlen.Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und stylisch eingerichtet. Loredana sorgt jeden Morgen für ein leckeres Frühstück u.a. mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und Plätzchen sowie tollen Marmeladen.Besser geht es nicht.Wir kommen immer wieder gerne an diesen schönen Ort.

Camera curatissima, grande e perfettamente pulita, colazione impeccabile, ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Merano. Punti di forza: il sorriso e la gentilezza di Loredana, ma soprattutto essere accolti da Jerry (un Cavalier King delizioso di 10 mesi), che ti porta il suo pupazzino, mentre entri con le valigie in mano. Esperienza pessima!!! Mai successo una cosa del genere! Abbiamo avuto problemi di ricezione messaggi ( causa cambio gestore telefonico) e purtroppo siamo arrivati con un'ora (una SOLA ora) di ritardo per il check in. Proprietari introvabili e che non rispondono nè al telefono nè alla mail. Ci hanno lasciato fuori dalla struttura con una bambina di 11 anni al freddo obbligandci a trovare urgentemente un'altra soluzione per la notte. Ci hanno cancellato l'intera prenotazione per 2 notti per 8 persone intascandosi 845 €!!! Comportamento disdicevole e scorretto dei proprietari che non hanno nemmeno la decenza di rispondere al telefono! Sconsigliatissimo!!! Se potessi togliere anche l'unica stella lo farei

Abbiamo soggiornato qui solo purtroppo una notte e dico purtroppo perché ci siamo trovati benissimo, la camera era bellissima, super pulita, letto comodo e bagno impeccabile. Il piccolo cucciolo padrone di casa Jerry ci ha accolti facendoci gli onori di casa. Loredana è stata super ospitale e ci ha accolti con un super sorriso, ci ha dato il buongiorno con una colazione fornita di tutto, poi la mamma ci ha portato le uova strapazzate e anche il suo sorriso ha contribuito. Molto cordiale anche Maik che ci ha sempre salutati. L’educazione qui è di casa. Complimenti, sarete sicuramente il nostro punto di riferimento per quando torneremo a Merano. Prenoto su booking da anni e non mi è mai capitata una disavventura del genere...ho prenotato e pagato una camera per 2 notti per 4 persone a Home Suite Home di Merano, purtroppo il giorno dell'arrivo abbiamo avuto un grosso problema e non siamo potuti partire presto come di solito facciamo. Subito dopo le 17.00 mi chiama prima la proprietaria del B&B dicendomi che eravamo fuori orario ma in modo gentile, le ho detto che saremmo arrivati 2 ore dopo a causa di un problema ed eventualmente saremmo andati in qualsiasi luogo a prendere le chiavi, mi ha detto che non era possibile ma comunque avrebbe parlato con il marito. Subito dopo ho chiamato un numero che chiamava mentre ero al telefono, era il proprietario del B&B il marito, che in modo molto scortese mi dice che il checkin è chiuso, lui va via e di non presentarmi neanche, perché la sua regola è che alle 17 si chiude il checkin, punto. Io ho cercato di convincerlo con le buone, anche perché ero affranta da quello che mi era successo nella giornata, ma alla fine ho detto "ok buonasera" non avevo più parole, lui era sorpreso perché non riuscivo ad arrabbiarmi. Io e mio marito eravamo increduli, ci aspettavano a Merano ed eravamo senza una camera... dopo ho scritto su booking al proprietario che saremmo andati la mattina dopo visto che avevamo pagato 2 notti e lui ha detto NO, neanche questo. Ci siamo ritrovati a cercare e pagare un'altra sistemazione. Caro proprietario è vero che le regole sono regole ma anche l'educazione è importante e comunque gli imprevisti quando si viaggia capitano. NON CONSIGLIO QUESTO B&B

In poche parole..avevo il check in entro le 17 ma purtroppo per strada ho incontrato un’incidente dove sono stato bloccato per ore . Ad un certo punto intorno le 16 sono stato contattato dal proprietario ( che aveva un garbo come una scarpa di fanteria )per informazioni riguardanti l’entrata in struttura, allora io gli ho spiegato la situazione che mi era successa per strada dicendogli che avrei tardato dai 30/40 minuti per traffico dovuto a un brutto incidente sull’A1! Sapete che mi ha risposto dopo che stavo affrontando un viaggio di lavoro di circa 650 km ? SGARBATAMENTE : io non posso farci niente lei ha il check in entro le 17 e se lei non arriva per quell’ora rimane senza prenotazione ,troverà sicuramente qualcosa altrove !Morale della favola mi sono trovato a cercare di sera un ‘Hotel a Merano che non è stato facile perché le strutture erano tutte impegnate per il Merano Wine Festival . La nota ancora peggiore è che mi sono trovato scalato i soldi in toto e cancellato la prenotazione subito dopo la telefonata come per scontato che non sarei mai arrivato per le 17 . Nemmeno contattando *********** siamo riusciti a fare niente ! Rimango amareggiato pensando che nel 2022 esistono ancora questi individui! VERGOGNAAAAAAAA

Das Haus und das Gastgeberpaar sind herzallerliebst. Mit Liebe geführt und ein Auge fürs Detail. Im Frühstück findet man viel Selbstgemachtes und Gebackenes. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und am Abend sitzt man gern draußen am Feuer mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. In der Innenstadt ist man sehr schnell, denn schöne Spaziergänge führen dorthin. Die Gastgebenden haben super Tipps parat und sind für ein nettes Gespräch und Lacher immer zu haben. Hier möchte man immer wieder herkommen.
