I couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioner to work but thankfully it wasn’t too hot and I left the windows cracked open during the night for cool air. I’m sure it was my user error & wouldn’t count this as a negative for the hotel. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and in a great location. Highly recommend and I’d definitely stay again!

ImperialArt Merano exceeded all our expectations. From the first contact to check out, the staff was fantastic. Personal and professional, every need was anticipated and managed perfectly. The rooms are beautiful and everything if clean and functioning. The location is perfect for all Merano activities. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Questa struttura si trova a due passi dalle terme di Merano e vicino alle principali attrazioni della città. Ad accoglierci la receptionist gentilissima, solare e precisa nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni. Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite con balcone, bagno grande fornito di tutto il necessario per la cura della persona, riscaldamento a pavimento. Camera pulitissima! Avevamo anche a disposizione due sacche con accappatoio e asciugamani per andare alle terme! ( se prenotate direttamente in struttura e non tramite intermediari, avete uno sconto sulle terme di merano!!) Letto e cuscini fantastici. Compreso c’era a disposizione caffè in cialda e acqua fresca. L’hotel non ha parcheggi (essendo situato in centro storico) ma c’è stato possibile lasciare la macchina per tutta la notte nei parcheggi vicino alle terme potendo usufruire di un prezzo di favore essendo ospiti dell’Imperialart (19€ tutto il giorno, da saldare comodamente in struttura). Consigliatissimo! P.s. Vincitore di 4 Hotel con Bruno Barbieri ( scoperto dopo la prenotazione 😂)

Albergo splendido posto in posizione centrale e vicino a tutte le attrazioni di Merano. Lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. La camera è grande e luminosa. Molto carina l'idea di personalizzare il soggiorno grazie alla wish list con prezzi del tutto onesti e le mail di benvenuto inviate dopo la prenotazione. Nel prezzo della camera è incluso l'ingresso alle terme di Merano per tutta la giornata e l'hotel fornisce borsa, accappatoio e asciugamano, altro plus aggiuntivo non doverseli portare da casa. La colazione si fa nell'attiguo bar con un buffet essenziale ma di qualità. Assolutamente consigliato!

Hotel nel centro di Merano curato nei minimi dettagli. la camera dove abbiamo soggiornato era dotata di vasca idromassaggio in terrazza, ampio bagno dotato di doccia e vasca, letto confortevole e un mini salottino con bollitore, macchina del caffè e frigobar. Abbiamo soggiornato in compagnia della nostra cagnolina che è stata accolta con molta gentilezza dallo staff, e in camera per lei abbiamo trovato due ciotole e una coperta. Accoglienza ottima da parte delle ragazze della reception.

Hotel boutique in pieno centro a Merano , posizione eccezionale. Suite molto belle. Hotel ricavato di fatto in un condominio che non consente di avere una hall degna di un 4 stelle. Piuttosto sacrificata ma gestita da due ragazze bravissime e gentilissime. Ma veniamo ai punti di debolezza: La colazione e’ servita nel bar adiacente con passaggio interno e la colazione e’ essenziale ma c’è tutto quello che serve ma…essendo un bar aperto al pubblico può succedere che la micro zona riservata agli ospiti dell’hotel sia occupata( tre tavolini con un numero di suite di almeno 10/12) Altro tema la presenza di cani, io capisco che l’hotel li possa accettare ma non credo sia corretto permettergli di essere presenti anche quando la “zona colazione” e’ davvero ristretta. Anche se ormai sembra che nessuno ne tenga conto in tutta Italia ma esistono persone allergiche o che , semplicemente , non gradiscono fare colazione con cani di taglia medio grande vicino.

Ottima accoglienza come sempre. Hotel in centro per cui eccellente come punto di partenza. Camere pulite e accoglienti. Si può parcheggiare davanti all'albergo per check-in e ceck-out per 15 minuti. Prezzi in linea

Ottimo soggiorno presso questa struttura. Personale gentilissimo, camera pulita e ben arredata, letto super. Posizione ottima a due passi dai mercatini di Natale. Colazione minimal, ma con prodotti di prima scelta. Lo yogurt più buono che abbia mai mangiato. Nel prezzo del pernottamento è compreso anche l’ingresso alle terme. Lo consiglio vivamente.
