Best Western Hotel Mediterranee Menton

We came in late at midnight. Check in was quickly done. We managed to get a late checkout by the hotel that day as our flight was the evening. Thank you.

10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, moquette a terra, terrazza con vista non bella, stanza fredda ma con clima funzionante. Viaggiato a gennaio, forse in un altro periodo é migliore. Colazione europea soddisfacente dalle 6 alle 10am

酒店位於老城附近，給了最高樓層的房間，即使看不到海景觀也不錯，樓頂上的咖啡吧景觀更好。房間設施不錯，性價比很高。就是早餐一個女服務員的態度似乎不友好，可能嫌我們吃的多了吧？哈哈。芒通真是給我們一個驚喜，非常漂亮，如果沒有行李可以坐火車到更北的那個站，然後沿海邊大道走到老城，這樣就不用來回走兩遍漂亮但很長的沿海大道。

The location was simply amazing; very easy to walk to the many beautiful beaches, near the train station - and that's only a few reasons. Usually whenever I go to the beach and have a swim and a paddle I end up getting cold after a while, but not in Menton; the water at the beaches is so clear, so clean, and such a perfect temperature. In the hotel itself the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast had a nice assortment of fruits, hot food, and drinks. Even though the coffee comes out of a machine, you would think it was from a cafe it was so nice. Dinner on the bliss roof terrace was good too, having the nice surroundings made it even better. Over the three nights I stayed there 2/3 of them I had dinner in the town. Not being the most ' full on ' area for tourists you kind of get the gist of the ' good spots ' and there are loads of places you can get a delicious meal for a fair price. The room was great; absolutely spotless, TV, clean bathroom and shower and a balcony. The balcony came with chairs and a table. Really handy for hanging out any wet clothes or towels. In the evenings in the town there are some great bands playing at the restaurants along the promenade. If you want to travel over the border to either Monaco or Italy it's just a skim of a stone away. As the town is equipped with a great train and bus station you can travel with ease.

Said in the info that there was a sun area and restraunt on the sun terrace ? They hired the area out for a private party ? Basically saying to the other few hundred guests which had already been sold this area when booking ! Get lost find somewhere else !!! Unbelievable that best western could allow double selling an are what everybody else had already paid for ? Should and probably is totally illegal? Stay in these holts for work all over the world ! Will be seeking another hotels in future ??? Totally stunned
