Vibra Blanc Palace Aparthotel

Posizione ottima con spiaggia della caletta sa Caleta accessibile direttamente dalla struttura. La struttura dista circa 10 minuti dal centro di Ciutadella. Colazione internazionale ottima, camere non modernissime ma confortevoli e tanta animazione per i bimbi. Ci ritornerei

The general experience was not good. The hotel lacks maintenance and cleanliness. On arrival, my key did not work, I had to go back 3 times. They had to call maintenance to fix the door lock. But, in this situation, having worked on an hotel before, the correct thing to do is to change the room. The television did not work. The WiFi signal was non existent on my room. The AC only worked on level 4. The food was blend and after a certain time there was no reposition. The dishes and cups are dirty, you have to select the ones that look better. The AC on the dining area was terrible, like an oven in there. We also suspect that the juice/water machines are not cleaned. The pool WC has the worst smell ever. Would not recommend this hotel, unless big changes are made.

We stayed here which seems to go under 3 names of Vibra Palace apartments, vibra cottages and vibra aparthotel. We had a 1 bed apartment. The pluses: Great location, close to 3 beaches, close enough to walk to shops and Ciutadella etc. Good size 1 bedroom apartment. Nice size shower and living room. Good to have clothes/towel drier on the balcony. Kitchen had toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge with ice box but no cover in it. Good selection of food at meals. Good to have water/fruit juice included with dinner. The beds were comfortable with spare pillows and blankets. There are 3 adult pools and c4 kids pools, they’re mainly quiet apart from 1 which had louder music and animation so you can decide what atmosphere you want. The minuses: Rooms need some care, our handle to open the balcony door was a screw, the lock didn’t work but was fixed quickly when we raised this. There’s only a rail to hang 1 towel in the bathroom. The squeeze soap dispenser is at the far end of the shower. There are no labels on the air conditioner unit so it’s trial and error. There were at least 2 big teenage school parties- 1 was well behaved- the other partied loudly until 4am, 2 nights running with little done to stop the noise. Slamming doors, shouting and scraping furniture across floors. They cleared the food from the buffet then left loads uneaten. We were in a block of 6 flats - the 5 other flats were full of the noisy students, despite us asking to be moved the hotel had no spare rooms. The food was of reasonable quality but not the best, bread products were really nice but the dinner desserts were poor. Despite asking for the room to be cleaned it took 3 days for them to clean it and get fresh towels. Would I return? Probably not. Mainly due to the noisy school party, food quality and having to chase for cleaning. But it does have some good points too which would make it a good holiday for others

I travelled as a single parent with my 3 boys (8,10,17) we had a very nice holiday and definitely would come back. There are different pool areas which the children enjoyed a lot mostly the one with the water slide. The hotel is close to a small beach which is nice however menorca has countless beaches to discover so we mainly did go around the island via taxi and visited stunning beaches. The staff was very friendly. And if you ask at reception they happily provide vegetarian or vegan options for food. There is plenty of salads and seeds to add to it from the buffet. Rooms are lovely and clean and the roomservice how you would expect it. We came home to a fresh room and towels every day. We never had problems with noise as I read in other reviews. Very quiet. We travelled in September which is excellent for plenty of Sun but not too hot. No animation at this time of the year which I very much appreciated:-) There is a football pitch which my kids loved 😍 We stayed 14 nights and for the money we payed it was exactly what we hoped for.

We stayed in one of the oldest buildings in the resort and it was very basic and needed some investment in the building itself and the apartment. Furnishings were tired- one cupboard door didn’t close, curtains not wide enough to cover the windows etc. The worst thing however was the lack cleanliness and nothing in the apartment for us to clean it ourselves. The beds were changed after six days and then only the top sheets and pillowcases. The floors not swept and we found a child’s dummy under the sofa along with a lot of dirt. It would have also been good if they opened the poolside snack bars for longer and another quiet bar in the evening. On the plus side, the meals were good with a wide range of choices. The staff were great, especially Alexandra, the customer services manager. The area around the resort is quiet but the bus service into Ciutadella and surrounding resorts is good.

This hotel has nothing around it to do. The decor is old fashioned. The rooms are spacious and clean but have suspicious stains on the sofa, the window does not close at all despite signs warning you to close windows for air con to be effective. There is a noisy road at the side. Hotel was really empty but they lied and said they were full when we requested a late check out. Would definitely not recommend. On the plus side it is QUIET. The pool is large and nice to swim in. Biggest problem is lack of shops and a poor choice of restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the unhelpfulness of the late check out - which you have to pay for anyway!

Great hotel set over three areas, Blanc palace, sa caletta player apartments (where we stayed) and the cottages. We stayed bed and breakfast which catered for anything you might require. In an ideal location, the beach is only down a couple of steps where there is a lovely beach bar. A short walk away are other beaches and a longer walk takes you to beautiful Cuidadella. Alberto the activities organiser put his heart and soul into every activity be it with a dad and his two sons or with over 50 Spanish teenagers who stayed at the hotel during the San Juan fiesta. We have stayed here 6 times and will return again.

Checked in by Laura on reception who was lovely and gave all the information needed. I stayed in 1125 one bedroom apartment with baloney view of the front of the hotel. Room had everything you needed for self catering as I was travelling alone. I had issues with my key card then the actual lock didn’t work I had to go to reception but Raffaella on reception she quickly called maintenance to come and look at it to fix. The pool area is so lovely, relaxing and well maintained. I didn’t eat in the main dinning all so I cannot comment on the food however ate at the pool bar a few times which was good and a good selection of drinks. All staff was friendly especially the ones at the pool bar and very accommodating. They made me feel safe especially travelling alone as a 25 year old girl. Ciutadella is a 25 min walk or you can get a taxi or the 64 bus for €1.60. Ciutadella is beautiful and has array of restaurants and bars to choose from. A small beach next to the hotel I couldn’t believe how clear the water was. Finally Alexandra, I believe she was the hotel coordinator asking everyone how they was doing, gave recommendations and just had a good conversation with her. I will definitely return

There was a problem with fire alarm which is aparentely turning on often making the safety of the hotel guests questionable 😕 The hotel is old and not very well kept. There is rust here and there, also some very old dirt. The rooms smell. Low quality of food, no variety, everyday the same. But to be fair it was quite cheap, the stuff is friendly, there is a nice small beach just very close. large swimming pool.
