This hotel has potential to be good, but it wasn’t clean and it was noisy. In a week, they only changed our bedding the night before we left, and we had to ask for clean towels, even though they said fresh every 3 days.

Hotel has a great location to Plaza Italia and the other squares in Central Mendoza. Safe neighborhood. Staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating of a concern we had. They were able to fix it and make it better. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable but in need of an update. There is a lot of street noise but that seems to be endemic to the city itself.

La calidez y calidad del equipo del Hotel fue increible, mejor imposible. Me resolvieron en minutos todo lo que yo podia necesitar. Viaje por una emergencia familiar y estuvieron atentos a cualquier necesidad

el aparte super bien ubicado, la limpieza es espectacular, todo reluciente, no tienen anafe solamente microondas, utensillos para comer y heladera, pero esta muy bien, esta aclarado en todos lados q no tiene cocina asique ya sabiamos, pero la habitaicon super amplia y limpia, la cama muy comoda y la atencio fue buenisima en todo momento, estacionamiento gratuito (esta en pleno centro y si vas en auto es complicado encontrar lugar para estacionar) volveriamos sin duda, gracias por todo!

La ubicación es excelente. La limpieza muy buena en general. Falta mantenimiento básico en la habitación y en general. Las almohadas bastante malas.En general los recepcionistas no dan las mínimas informaciones para saber manejarte en el apart. Son correctos pero... Nos tocó irnos a las 6.30 hs. Cuando bajamos la recepción estaba cerrada y de casualidad, luego de llamar varias veces a la puerta, descubrí que una puerta exterior se podía abrir. Nadie nos dijo cómo salir. Nos fuimos y hasta hoy, pasados 4 días, nadie dio señales de vida. Será que espero demasiado?. En fin....

ESPANTOSO, TÉTRICO, SUCIO Y sin cumplimiento de norma alguna. Vean las fotos y videos que adjunto y saquen sus propias conclusiones. Atención pésima, te insultan si reclamás algo. Lo más parecido a una favela que ví en la vida.

Apart con todo lo que necesitas. Las habitaciones son súper espaciosas y la atención es buena. A Mejorar: - Los baños. se nota que en el momento de hacer el apart eran de primer nivel pero se quedaron muy antiguos. -El gimnasio está sumamente descuidado - Terrazas actualizaría los muebles de exterior

Hotel bien ubicado, céntrico, cerca de la plaza Independiente. Hotel antiguo, pero la habitación agradable. Los funcionarios, poco amistosos, hasta las ocho de la mañana, no hay funcionario en la portaria. Así los que están en la parte del Hall, tienen dificultad de salir, siendo que las van de excursión pasan a las 7hs. En mi cuarto el aire no tenía control, la temperatura es fija. No fue una estadía muy agradable.

El precio no corresponde a lo ofrecido ya que por un poco mas de dinero encuentras hoteles de mejor servicio.
Si uno no quiere ir a las Termas de Cacheuta busca con piscina la cual era de un tamaño adecuado pero bastante sucia,llegamos un día miércoles y hasta el lunes de la semana siguiente no hacían limpieza a pesar de comentar eso es recepción.
