Victoria Hotel by Chef & Brewer Collection

All staff are very kind with good service from everyone. We love their hotel.

We went with a group of friends for Sunday lunch at The Victoria and had the most amazing meal. The food was fabulous the staff were extremely friendly and efficient and the surrounding perfectly arranged and presented. I can't wait to go back and eat there again.

Amazing friendly staff and food was amazing definitely will be back as we were made to feel so welcome , hotel rooms very clean outside area is stunning and flowers are stunning , Lauren was so friendly and made us feel so relaxed and chilled table service was brilliant

What a great 2 night stay. Warm welcome , super clean, lovely room in 2nd floor with balcony and super views over The Menai Straights. Room had everything we needed and huge TV. Chocolates and biscuits in room . The hotel decoration feels like new . Lovely fresh artwork on the walls. Huge conservatory for breakfast dining , leading out into pretty beer garden with great views. Food choice was excellent and breakfast and dinner well presented and tasty . So, what was they best bit? Answer;, THE LOVELY , FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, CHEERFUL, CHATTY, EFFICIENT STAFF. All of the staff members we encountered were first class and made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel, superior customer service. Staff really go out of the way to ensure you are well looked after. Stevie and her team are Excellent, Nathan was super gracious when we showed up late to breakfast. We weren't sure whether to eat dinner there as there was a recent bad review but so glad we ignored it as the food was excellent! Would definitely return.

Nice place and location right by the Menai bridge. The rooms are on the small side but was clean and had a great view from the door. Nice tea etc in the room. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the morning and the showers etc was cold. Breakfast was good.

I have lived 20 minutes down the road for 19 years, and only went in for the first time last week. Let me tell you, it won't be the last! I popped by for a nice cold pint whilst out walking our labrador Zeus (he approved also). The views and scenery are exquisite and a nice pint too. All the while, I kept getting a smell of the food and caught a glimpse of some of the plates, let's just say I got a bit peckish. I immediately took Zeus back home and told my wife to get ready and not to bother to carry on with the stew (only the 3rd time that week she was making it) we were heading out for tea! Upon arrival, greeted with a smile and friendly faces. I started with the honey and ale crispy chicken, succulent and sweet, perfect. For my main I went for the lamb shank shepards pie, good grief, it was stunning. Melt in the mouth. We had no room for pudding as the portion sizes were very generous, so we finished with a coffee. All in all, a fabulous experience at a very reasonable cost, which is important! Very upset with myself that I haven't been in before over these years, but I've found my new favourite place to dine. My wife was also hugely impressed, and that is no easy feat, so kudos to the staff and chefs. Will definitely be returning.

Just had sunday lunch here tonight rib of beef so succulent it was falling off the bone . Trio of meet cooked to perfection and signature burger too much to finish but did just about. Service second to none warm friendly welcome quick service. With good beer great food what else do you want on a sunday

The hotel was a great place to stay. Thank you to Stevie for arranging our room for us. The room was very comfortable and quiet even though it was on the ground floor. We dined at the restaurant and the service was very friendly and efficient. The continental breakfast was adequate. All in all a great stay and would recommend this place.
