I booked this hotel thinking it would be nice, however I didn’t realize how great it would be. We were immediately greeted on arrival upon stepping out of our van. Service was 10/10. The concierge team and really all of the staff was fantastic. They took care of literally anything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful. The room was comfortable and the entire place even smelt amazing. We enjoyed aperitivo on the front patio with a pianist playing. Breakfast was fantastic. They set us up at victoria beach which was a great day as well. Their car service was super convenient. I do not have one bad thing to say about this hotel.

Well located in the heart of Menaggio, this hotel provides convenient access to the lake como triangle. I am rounding up from four stars because of the hard product, breakfast, location and cleanliness. I will highlight that this price point the service felt a high brow, and while I felt valued as a customer there were a few awkward interactions with staff that made me feel that I was a burden on them. Don't set your expectations for a water view room if you're booking a standard room, the slh integration out of Hyatt into Hilton makes me Think that a one category upgrade will likely be the norm for Hilton diamonds which means a courtyard view. The grounds are immaculately manicured, and the renovation is well executed. No trip here is complete without visiting the spa area which is quite possibly one of the best I've experienced. It's important to remember that lake como is a luxury destination and a five star hotel of this caliber is certainly not a value spot. The breakfast has passion fruit, smoked swordfish and an extensive cheese selection. No complimentary black truffle for breakfast but I left each morning more than satisfaction with the selection. Overall I recommend, but expect steep prices.

hotel staff was so accommodating and kind. we stayed here in August 2024 and could not fault the staff. Nothing was too much to ask. The pool was fabulous and the spa was also. Drinks were a bit on the pricey side and so was food however delicious.

Start of the Summer family vacation was very beautiful at the Grand Hotel Victoria. The hotel is a very modern hotel in a very historic building. The staff went out of their way to ensure we felt home anticipating our needs. Food was great every where in the hotel restaurants. The spa was a sanctuary where we received pampering treatments. For sure we will go back again especially to enjoy the Como lake front views.

Great service, rooms and spa. The most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in. Best hotel breakfast buffet we have ever had. Some minor things that could be improved: bathroom flooded when using walk-in shower as drain was not adequate for flow of water. Lack of in-room information on restaurant opening times and menus. We personally prefer carpet or rugs underfoot in a bedroom rather than wooden floors. We also thought the cost of drinks in the bar was a little excessive, although they included lots of delicious nibbles.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Victoria Lake Como. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Serena that helped us during check in process. A special thank you to the Room Division Manager, Lorena, for the wonderful surprise of a room upgrade. The room was cozy and beautifully appointed. Each morning, breakfast was a delightful experience, thanks to Salvatore and the entire staff who made sure everything was perfect. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made our mornings special.The service was impeccable. I highly recommend the Grand Victoria Lake Como for anyone looking to experience luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in one of the most beautiful places in the world. I can’t wait to return!

From check in to check out - we could not have asked for anything more. The professionalism shown by Lorena in the front office and the entire staff is something other hotels should learn from. Any request was answered with a sincere smile. The hotel is immaculate and well appointed. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this outstanding hotel , the best we have stayed in . Great facilities, attentive staff, delicious breakfast with wide self service choices, lovely location facing Lake Como, relaxing pianist or group in the front garden in the evening, Very good room service with spotlessly clean rooms and wonderful comfy bed. Would love to return one day.

Highly recommend this amazing hotel! Our family of 5 stayed in this hotel and both of our rooms were beyond phenomenal. Spacious, well decorated, amazing views, and very comfortable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome. I especially enjoyed sitting in the front of the hotel, where they have a nice lawn area with seating, and a great place to sit and relax. Their bar staff made excellent drinks, and the snacks were yummy! The concierge did a great job with lunch and dinner recommendations and reservations. All in all, I hope to stay here again in the future! A great place for families, groups trips, or traveling as couple!
