Premier Inn Melton Mowbray

I went to premier inn for a breakfast without being a guest. The hotel was spotless. The staff members Nicola, Matt and rhianne were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was hot, fresh, tasted brilliant. I will definitely be returning soon.

Visited family nearby, just needed a bed for the night. This Premier Inn did the job nicely. Friendly welcome, efficient check-in, and a quiet room that was super-clean and in great condition. The wifi was abysmal, dropping out every minute or two on both phone and laptop. I paid for Ultimate in case it was any better, only to find that it was as utterly unusable as the free offering. Staff told me that they're aware, and there aren't enough hotspots. Might have been nice to be told at check-in rather than paying for nothing. I can't be bothered dealing with a refund, but it's still annoying, especially as it's a third-party service and they can't just give me a fiver out of the till. Breakfast is delicious and cooked to order, but the kitchen works to geological timescales, even with only one customer. I've experienced this several times at this particular Premier Inn. Fine if you want a relaxed start to the day, but if you're in a hurry to get to a meeting or something, this could be a real problem.

The premier inn in Melton mowbray is a great little hotel clean and tidy the bed was so comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful also great location the town is just across the road so everything is within easy access would definitely stay again

Turned up at 18:00 after a long day traveling and working was really tired just wanted a bed it was a shared room with me and my co worker both male there was one double bed in room so asked nicely at reception for a bed or alternative room was told could not make me a bed up till 21:30 after lunch is served I said I needed the bed now to which Kaci the manger told me tuff and I would just after wait she spoke to me like I was scum I would highly recommend not to stay at this premiere inn worst hotel av been to for service and management I honestly don’t know how this Kaci got a management position she is the most horrible person I have had the pleasure of meeting proper unprofessional.

The ever-reliable Premier Inn offered the usual decent, clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. In addition we had an excellent cooked breakfast, freshly prepared to order rather than from a help-yourself, lukewarm buffet. Full marks to Premier Inn for exceeding expectations and doing better than many a 'top' hotel (such as the Midland in Manchester).

You have stayed at a Premier Inn before. This one is pretty much the same. The guest car park round the back is hard to find. It isn't just me. They have leaflets to help you navigate there and other people I know couldn't find it. It's also too small. However, the staff more than make up for this. I think they know the problems that guests experience. No Beefeater pub attached, but not everyone wants breakfast in a pub. Easy walk into central Melton.
