The location is good, near to Southern Cross station which is accessible to Skybus to Melbourne airport. The room is warm and cozy. The staff allows me to check in earlier when I inquired whether I could leave my luggage for safekeeping. The overall experience was good until I woke up the next day that I wanted to boil water for my oats power for my breakfast, I saw the kettle inside was rust and very dirty, I called reception and the staff said that she would send me another kettle, I waited for approximately 15 minutes, I was excited to take the kettle from her, I was again disappointed when I tried to press the top button to open the kettle cap, I tried more than 5 times to open the cap to boil the water, for the hygiene purpose, I didnot drink the firs boiled water. When I tried to open the kettle cap again, I pressed again and again, almost 10 times, I only was able to open it and fill the tap water. Now I was going to use the cup, I was shocked again that the cup was full of coffee stains, I felt so disappointed, I had no choice to wash it myself, I spent more than 5 minutes to rub it again and again until there were almost no stains. Finally I could make my oats power to have some warm food for my stomach.
