Everything look nice we love it and the price very value will back again

Perfect location for a boxing fight night. Held at the Pullman Grand Ballroom. So, there is no where to drive. Rooms good size. Bed very comfortable

Noisy. Every time next door uses the bathroom, you can hear sort of high pitched screaming sound. Won’t stay again.

Great location near Albert park and ST Kilda. Booked for family during their visit. Fantastic service.

Everything worked fine. Outskirts of Melbourne CBD, no fault of the establishment, took 50mins to enter CBD due to delays of (roadworks, traffic con, red lights). No frills basics on offer. Pay extra for parking, breakfast and a few laye returners from a fun night out in the hallway/corridor. No fault of the establishment!! Capitalising on not using loose hygiene complimentaries I.e. soaps, shampoos or conditioners etc ( all provided in bulk self fixed bottles with pump dispenser action). Other than that comfy accomodation, free wifi only in your room, not in lobby!!!

Great location but the waiting to be checked in was too long

Very poor check in service at this hotel. Concierge had no idea about check in and tried to charge me three different prices for an already booked and payed for room. Very disorganised staff in regards to the valet parking also. The cleanliness was also terrible. Had to call reception on day three to service the room. Room service food was left outside doors from morning to night. Room was outdated and needing a complete overhaul. Carpet was torn, bathroom old, no bath plug even though I requested a bath (as a recent operation on back). Bathroom door also didn’t close properly. Lamp next to the bed broken. Again let staff know very politely and they responded with yes we understaffed at the moment you probably should have stayed at the Pullman. Quite disappointing. Location was ok, behind a tram station not too far for public transport. Four nights cost over $800 so thought I would have gotten better service and a nicer room.
