The service apartment is very spacious, new and clean. My apartment is about 500 sq ft, with an open kitchen with sufficient utensils, a big bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, and a spacious living room and working area. Wifi is stable. My apartment is located on the 15/F, and there is a nice view of the city. The building is located within the free tram zone, so it is very convenient to travel within the city central. Highly recommended for visitors.

Tidy and comfortable apartment, near tram 30 which easy to get to the Melbourne center. Good, will come back again.

房間很新，非常乾淨，床也很舒服。開放式廚房，灶具齊全，吃膩了外面的飯，可以煮個方便麪，餃子什麼的。 由於是公寓，不會每天打掃，也沒有拖鞋，梳子，牙刷，這些需要自己準備。前台下午6點就下班了，所以要注意到達的時間。 位置極佳，離機場skybus大巴的南十字星站，走路10分鐘。在電車免費區，大部分景點，坐電車不用花錢。 總之，是個非常好的度假住所。

公寓酒店位置很棒 就靠近flagstaff花園 下樓就是flagstaff火車站和幾個電車站 往前走1公里左右就是Coles 酒店環境也很好 各種設施都齊全

整體入住的感覺非常良好！房間空間大，廚房設備非常齊全。距離 southern Cross Station 步行只需5-10mins, 坐機場 Skybus 前往非常方便。附近亦有大型超市， 或者到 Queen Victoria Market 全部步行可到！

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Melbourne. Great facilities, home from home with the added bonus of a great pool and spa. Will always look to stay again when in Melbourne

It was a great stay for a long weekend. Easy to get to tram or train for sporting events we watched. Kitchen is great. Tv easy to use and a big fridge that is great for eating and drinking in.

Very nice facilities, love the pool, apartment reception smells so nice and clean and also the rooms too everything is nice and lovely.

Clean and modern building and apartment with impressive facilities. Close to transport (bus and trams) and Southern Cross station.

Love the spacious apartment. We appreciate being able to open the windows to let in some fresh air. Our West facing apartment has a great view (esp of the sunset), but it can get very warm in the arvo, even in late March. It did cool down well at night, but if it was the middle of summer the bedroom would get very very warm as there is no air conditioning in the bedroom.

We liked the easy walkable access from/to the station, Victoria market and CBD, clean and comfortable inferior, shared facilities like gym, dining on the level 9. The reception advices for late checkin and early check out were very helpful.

For a new hotel it was a little tired. This could be because the rooms are not serviced regularly (only done when the customer leaves). You can hear the next door neighbors if they talk loudly and when they leave and arrive home. Not much soundproofing. You could smell the garbage shoot constantly in the hallway if someone had opened the door. The "one bedroom family room" has no privacy for the extra person sleeping there as it is supposed to be the study. No door or curtain available. Not great for a teen or older child or third adult. Pictures did not reflect the situation properly otherwise I would have booked a two bedroom unit.
