Just a 5 minute walk to basketball and tennis courts as well as a beautiful park and fisherman's pier. Be careful crossing A1A on your way to the beach as this is a main road. Quiet, low traffic side streets are ideal for walking. We have two bedrooms upstairs that have a bathrooms attached with one shower. We have another bedroom/family room with two double beds on the main level beside the kitchen. There is also an outside shower. If guests would like another bedroom on the main floor with an attached bathroom, please let us know. Depending on availability with an additional cost we can offer that.Guest accessThere is a single parking spot in the driveway on the right (east side), and parking on Avenue B. Enter the house from the right (east side). Use the digital dead bolt (i.e. keyless entry) located on the MAIN DOOR (east side facing hwy A1A). Do not use the 2nd "owner" lockbox (private code) on the west side near the air-conditioning heat exchanger.
