Great location near the airport. Advertises a shuttle but waited over 30 minutes never showed when I called I was told I’d have to wait longer. I figured out it was walkable so I walked. Told the manager, but didn’t receive follow up because she never took my name or room number. Check in on kiosk so easy and convenient. Room service or restaurant in lobby available. Bedroom was amazing view and overall really spotless. No water in the room but have the option to buy in the restaurant. Great sleep and very clean bathroom.

Brilliant! Very close to airport. Ibis Shuttle service pick and drop off from airport. Room was excellent, very comfortable. Staff is super friendly. Will definitely be back.

The hotel location is good, near the airport and easy to find. The checkin and checkout process is easy, pretty clean room but I found some white hairs in my bed and floor. Good food but small portions for the price I paid. Overall was okay and good experience for a short stay during transit.

Is at airport near T4 area . So for those who have early flight can stay with it also .

Hotel is in good location and very clean. The check in experience is automated however does not allow for you to ask questions or arrange shuttle transfer.

It's okay for an airport layover. The rooms are small but clean and functional. There's a kiosk checkin which is fast. It's an easy walk from the airport except the last 2 minutes where there's no cross walk from the parking garage/bus station to the two hotels on the other side so it's awkward jaywalking across the street. There's a McD close by though walking there is pretty weird because of construction and closed off sidewalks.

We booked for several hour stay, because we had a late night flight at 23:35. Even it was short, we enjoyed it. The reception is very friendly and she actually drive us to the airport with many luggages. Though we forgot to ask her name.

I stayed at Ibis styles Melbourne airport because I had an early flight. I arrived fairly late into the evening and was checked in by a friendly gentleman who gave me an upgrade from a queen to a king room. The room was clean and spacious, with ample facilities.

Very nice hotel, it is extremely quiet and located close to the airport. The free shuttle was easy to arrange.

Room was clean, bed comfortable and sheets crispy clean, had a great nights sleep for a layover on my way to Perth. Amenities were basic, appreciated the ironing board and iron, with fresh milk for a coffee. Reasonable price for the nights accommodation. They offer an airport shuttle which I used after the flight from NZ, which was easy to organise and walked back to the airport very easily the following morning.
