Other things to note Free parking is available on the driveway only, up to 6 vehicles. The home can accommodate up to 14 guests. No unauthorized guests and no parties are allowed. No pets are allowed. No smoking and no drugs (including marijuana). Penalty for breaking this rule is a $250 deep cleaning fee, immediate termination of booking, and reporting to AirBNB. Security cameras are on property in certain common areas. We are in a residential neighborhood, so please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are from 11:00pm - 7:00am. Please do not leave the windows & doors open with the A/C on. Please turn off the A/C when departing the home. Please do not go below 72 degrees on the thermostat. The private water slide/climbing wall/splash pool is the only pool available on property. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk.
