We were starting our road trip through england and scotland and our first night was going be somewhere near cambridge... though we had not booked any place in advance. Less picked up even though when we called, it was already 7 PM! He was so pleasant on the phone and was happy to oblige us with our last minute request! His place is a separate little cottage on the property. Very cozy & nicely furnished! Sliding doors led out to a private patio space perfect for enjoying breakfast! And what a breakfast!! We weren't even hungry but ate everything! He made the pastries himself and absolutely everything was delicious. Nearly everywhere in england and scotland they include breakfast with your hotel stay, but I can say that less' breakfast was by far the best breakfast we had in the UK!

Excellent accommodation, plenty of space. Fast wifi. Everything you need including fans. Perfect location for weddings at Sheene Mill, just a 5 minute walk.Fabulous breakfast! We would definitely stay here again if we had an event at Sheene Mill.

The property is an excellent quality and the host (Les) couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Even though my stay was part of a business trip i throughly enjoyed my stay.

Lovely stay. The Annex was comfortable, extremely clean and had everything you could want. Peaceful surroundings and slept so well. The breakfast was the best we have ever had in a B&B - beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. We were lucky to have good weather so enjoyed sitting out on the deck having breakfast in the sunshine.
