Location for this hotel is superb. The hotel managed to maintain its traditional looks from the outside and also the inside. Service from everyone working inside is also really good.

Lovely short stay for a first visit to Liu Men hotel. Room was ready on arrival and we enjoyed a relaxing drink in the lobby after our journey. Ray did an excellent job of welcoming us and explaining the hotel facilities. Room amenity is fully equipped. Zul & his team provide wonderful services. Breakfast was well presented with excellent coffee. Will come visit again!

A Flawless Staycation Retreat I recently had the pleasure of escaping to Liu Men Hotel for a staycation from KL, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. This beautifully renovated hotel offers a tasteful and elegant atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. From check-in to checkout, the handcrafted experience was seamless and impressive. The lovely complimentary afternoon tea/coffee with light snacks was a delightful surprise. The trendy bar served exceptional cocktails, and the healthy, delicious breakfast buffet featured handpicked local delights. Every aspect of my stay was smooth and delightful, with picturesque surroundings everywhere. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence made for a truly unforgettable experience.

We felt so welcomed from the start and one of the best customer services I have experienced. The room is so clean and the bed is very comfortable, I had such a great sleep. They even had cable TV so there were alot of channels we could watch. The hotel interior and rooms are beautiful and each room has a name and a snippet of why it was named as such. Breakfast was delicious and theynserved a variety of food. The best part is we could walk to jonker from the hotel but somehow it was not noisy. Very happy with the stay here ans i'l always consider staying here if i'm in malacca.

Liu Men hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed in malaysia. It is a class of her own. Totally unmatchable in terms of service, cleanliness, hotel aesthetics, qualities of amenities ( great quality and reflect the hotel’s philosophy of aesthetics & charm) location ( short walk to Jonker street and easy access to the main shops) , surroundings ( clean and relatively safe) etc. Within 5 mins upon booking, a text message was sent to my phone with useful information and greetings. The Receptionist Alethea is excellent, friendly and highly attentive and helpful with information about the hotel and the places of interests in Malacca. The humble and unassuming porter Mr Asri, served a unique welcome drink ( a sweet & tart tamarind juice mixture) and refreshing cold towels to my wife and I to allow us to freshen up at a hot afternoon check in. A rather spacious but undeveloped & stony ( lots of small stones) carpark at the backyard of the hotel was made available ( do note that one must inform and book the parking lot with receptionist a day before arrival). Peaceful and restful stay. A peranakan batik cloth handfan was given to us as a lovely souvenir for this charming hotel. It will lovely if the price can be cheaper.
