Downstairs is a family room with fireplace and large flat screen tv, sunroom, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with 2 refridgeraters. There is a den on second floor. Outside you will find a covered porch with ceiling fans and a brick patio with a charcoal and a top of the line gas grill. The yard is very large and level to the water where you will find a one of a kind dock with a screened and covered second level.
