Premier Inn Gillingham Business Park

Good night's sleep, nice and clean and the staff were friendly, only complaint would be that the air conditioning was a little noisy but not that much of an issue. Easy check in process and convenient vending machine next to lobby (which takes card).

So we had a weekend stay here, me and my 3 children (13,11 and a boy 7). Space was alittle limited with bags and devices, but overall shower of course is amazing, room was perfect temperature. staff were extremely helpful and friend, food next door is brilliantly may have a bit of delay but we’ll worth it. The breakfast morning booking was quite early after long weekend but hard to wake up, as i say overall perfect. Always a premiere inn fan and this hotel just stamps that in my mind. Would definitely return, as super convenient for me to visit family who are a 10min walk away from hotel and also great for short walk or abit of shopping in the retail park stones throw away. The park has no affect on the hotel or experience and honestly unless you peek from the end of the car park entrance you wouldn’t realise it is there, even on a weekend. I didn’t purchase any food after breakfast but was very tempted as the smells coming from the doors and kitchen area were amazing, will consider it next time for sure.

Stayed overnight at this venue for an early start. Room was very clean, tidy and well equipped. Comfortable bed, nice clean linen and towels. Tea/coffee facilities in the room along with hair dryer and TV. Good size clean bathroom. Perfect comfortable overnight stay.

The hotel room I stayed in for two nights was spacious , clean and staff friendly. The restaurant next door also gave stellar service. The hotel receptionist was so nice and professional and she had a caring spirit , I left a glove in the other Premier inn near by . I was informed of this, and it was posted to my address. Super thanks. Only thing I would mention is for those who do not have cars, it would be nice if some items can be stocked for sale such as toothbrushes and tooth paste as there are no supermarkets near by .

The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable (need to ask where they get their mattresses) We didn't have dinner in the restaurant as we went to a relatives house, but did have the breakfast which was very good. Plenty of choice and cooked very well. Staff were very pleasant and friendly overall a really good place to stay and would recommend.

Good value for money. Good breakfast and good nights sleep. Well located for getting around. Good sized room. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Pub restaurant attached so no need to go out as good food at reasonable price.

The rooms have everything you need and are spotless. Stayed here for two nights. The staff, from Reception to Cleaners are the most friendliest and helpful people ever. Would recommend and will be back. The restaurant/bar next door is well worth a visit.

Stayed here for 1 x night as my daughter is a figure skater and had an event at the local ice rink. Great Premier Inn, with restaurant right next door. Welcomed by a very knowledgeable, helpful receptionist (sorry didn’t catch her name, she was blonde) but she was very kind to me and daughter. Room was very nice, spacious, and plenty of tea and coffee. They even had fans in the room! I never travel without a fan, it’s like they knew! Location is right in the business park with loads of parking. Will definitely stay again. Thanks Premier Inn!

I arrived without booking after mistakenly thinking I had done in advance and the smiley receptionist lady could not be more helpful. I booked online in an instant, and was lucky enough to choose my floor! Wonderful service thank you so much!
