Dissapointed for what I got for that price.

Zimmer relativ klein, 1 x wurde das Bett gemacht das andere Mal wurde nur so getan als ob .. Frühstück und Essen waren ok; Leider kann man nur beim Frühstück oder Abendessen auf der oberen Terrasse sitzen, das sollte bei einem Hotel mit Meeresblick doch geändert werden (damit man auch beim Aufenthalt in Lobby oder Bar schön und bequem draußen sitzen kann);

Sehr gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis! Tolle Poolanlage, toller Spa und Fitnessbereich und sehr gemütliche Terrasse mit Weitblick beim Frühstück. Zimmer sind sauber und neu, das Essen ausserordentlich gut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

In Medulin sind wir nicht das erste Mal, aber Urlaub im Hotel haben wir zum ersten Mal gemacht. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr gut und hätten es so gut nicht erwartet. Anfangs gab es zwar Schwierigkeiten mit unserer Buchung, aber die Mitarbeiter im Hotel haben versucht die Zeit bis zur Klärung so gemütlich und stressfreien zu gestalten wie nur möglich, auch die Mitarbeiter von Trip.vom haben sofort und toll mitgeholfen unser Anliegen zu lösen. Auf Sauberkeit wird im Hotel schon Wert gelegt, auch wenn das Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist es ein super, vielfältiges und Sauberes Hotel. Während des Tages gibt es verschiedene Aktivitäten, ein leckeres Bistro ist auch vor Ort und zum Frühstück gibt es auch eine zahlreiche Auswahl (auch vegane Milch z.B.).

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die Poolanlagen waren nicht wie gewohnt mit Chlorwasser, sondern mit Salzwasser befüllt und die Duschen im Außenbereich waren abgestellt ("Sparmaßnahme"). Im Außenbereich muss ebenfalls dringend saniert werden und mehr auf die Hygiene geachtet werden. Wir hatten zu dritt ein Superior-Zimmer, welches für ein Kurztrip ausreichend war. Man darf für die angegebenen 4 Sterne nicht zu viel erwarten, da kaputte Stellen nicht ersetzt wurden, gleicht das Zimmer eher einer 3 Sterne-Kategorie. Das Frühstück war relativ vielseitig und schmeckte auch gut. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe sind gegeben.

Generally very happy with our stay here. Rooms 9/10. Food 8/10. Hotel cleanliness 10/10 Pools - 5/10 indoor - salt. Outdoor -salt. Also a free for all as no secure entrances stopping anyone from the beach from walking in using the pool. Tips: No evening entertainment(singers/acts etc)Didn’t bother us but if you like that kind of thing, this place isn’t for you. You can walk into medulin if you want a more lively evening. Takes 15m max. Pool towels are provided from the spa so save space in your suitcase. Don’t throw them into the cleaning cage unless the spa have given you new ones as you can’t then reserve sunbeds the next morning. Sunbeds are generally ok. If you want poolside you’ll need to be out by 8am which isn’t bad. Beer/soft drinks - 420€ for a large beer. Soft drinks 330€ Taxi to pula - Uber about 18-21€ each way.

If you are wanting a family holiday in a beautiful location then this may suit you. We stayed half board for 11 nights as a family of 6. The hotel rooms whilst small, had comfortable beds, great air conditioning and fresh towels (although not the best quality) every day. The food was plentiful and varied. One of our family is caeliac and the head chef was most accommodating to ensure she had a different meal every night. If you want to stay outside drinking at the pool bar, or want evening entertainment, this is not the place for you as disappointingly it closed at 6 every evening, however, just a short stroll away there were plenty of fabulous bars, nightclubs and restaurants. The pools were fabulous and even though it was height of season, we managed to get a sunbed around the pool every day. We were however a little surprised that hotel guests had to pay €26 a day for 2 sun beds and a parasol on the beach. The blurb is also a little misleading as the beach is public and all and everyone from the local campsites also use the facilities. This did not pose a problem except to make the beach exceptionally busy.

I will start with the positives,this hotel is spotless,lovely views,close to beach etc and staff work very hard.But…..our room was small (not too much of issue) was spotless and cleaners did good job everyday and baby had the cosiest cot ever with a mattress thicker than the bed! Our beds were comfy but a pain being 2 singles pushed together as one of us usually fell through the gap! On first day at 9am not a subbed in sight! Everyone taken up with towel but no people,we ended up having to join this ridiculous task and putting our towels on a couple early morning (which is not what you go on holiday for) lastly 2 or 3 of the evenings we went to play cards and wait for our evening meal we were shocked to see the doors opening and people running into the restaurant then we tried to queue up and people would just push in and you would be in queue for ten mins! Luckily this did ease off so think it was too busy the first few days. Having said the above we would return to this hotel again but if meal times were like that every night then that was definitely the thing that put us off! Did not expect that for a 4 star platinum hotel

Lovely hotel ! We had a great week here, special shout out to Denise who did a fab job down at the pool bar. Food was delicious and always a good choice, very nice staff in the restaurant too. The gardens are lovely full of beautiful smelling flowers. Such a peaceful week away, thank you. X

Just returned from 10 day break with Partner and Daughter Very nice hotel friendly and professional staff Great facilities especially the indoor pool and spa Rooms are clean with comfy beds and good shower tea and coffee We were there end of season so peaceful (free sunbeds) but still good bars open around Marina although hotel bar is comfy with good prices and nice cup of coffee Food is good with plenty of choice only criticism sometimes not hot enough for our taste This hotel has a laid back vibe in an unspoilt area

A good hotel. Recommend booking a sea view room with balcony. Buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent with good variety. Two lovely pool areas. The spa was enjoyable and the indoor pool was a decent size. We visited early October and lots of local bars and restaurants were closed.

Despite a initial problem over sharing an Evening Meal with a Large Conference our holiday here has been wonderful The hotel has a superb location the rooms are kept clean every day while the gym and pool are one of the best I have ever experienced
