The property was beautiful. Check in and check out were easy. Housekeeping was good except they never replenished the glasses we would use. Also… the mini bar….. of course is always more, but 35 dollars for a glass of champagne is a bit crazy. My only other comment would be the pool needs to have some work done to it.

Front desk staff, excellent. Jorge, excellent. The room, excellent. Location, excellent, although noisy. However, the bar is really overpriced. An ordinary gin tonic for $22 USD????!!!! The food is average. Not great. Really overpriced. That is crazy. I will not go to this bar or restaurant again. The bar at the Click Clack is much better priced and has better food. Your gym is well equipped but it is difficult for guests of the hotel to use in the morning because there are too many personal trainers and their local clients that take all of the weights and use all of the equipment and don't always share. They don't put the weights back on the rack. They make a complete mess off the gym every morning. No one cares about the mess and no one takes responsibility. This behavior makes your hotel look bad. Elena is the only employee that makes an effort to clean up after all of the people that don't care.

Great base for Medellin to be near Provenza and Poblado but do not recommend for New Year’s Eve at all. Overpriced and darting as a guest ads no consideration or extras.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel, maybe it’s a 2 star at best. There is NO hot water so you better like cold showers if you stay here. The noise from the nightclubs is going until 4am and then there is construction noise starting on the building next door at 7am so no sleep! I didn’t feel safe with all of the ladies of the night and their companions traveling up and down the elevator from the roof top bar. Don’t believe the fake Google reviews, this place is terrible.

It was a very cool hotel and the room was beyond what I expected. The terrace pool was gorgeous as well as the terrace bar. I highly recommend it!!

This hotel is located in the perfect location, just steps from the action of Poblado. I love the theme and decor and the room was lovely with a jacuzzi. The rooftop pool is a great added touch as well !

Despite our room being available early, we were not allowed to check in until 2:45 PM (15 minutes early only); The bathroom on the second-floor lounge was clogged. Lastly, I kept on being asked by the front door security if I was a guest at the hotel. I felt as if my partner and I were too young to afford it. Despite this, the room was very clean, the amenities were great, location ideal.
