We are conveniently located between Charlotte and Asheville, also just an hour away from Boone, Blowing Rock, Linville and Banner Elk. A great location to take day trips from. Shopping and groceries are just a 15-minute drive away too. Boat trailers are not allowed to be parked in the driveways, if you bring a boat, you will need to secure off site parking. There are 5 Smart TVs throughout the house and Direct TV. WIFI is included but speeds can vary in this neighborhood, so we recommend not having too many devices attached at once. Board games are located in the living room and the family room. Guests are welcome to read any books in the home. The private dock has power and lights and 2 kayaks with vests are included.
