Under construction on the first floor. Room on 3rd floor was the worst with no refrigerator or phone to call the front desk. Had to load up all our luggage & go back down to the lobby to get a different room. The room on the 2nd floor was a little better. However never seen a brand new granite counter top cracked & broken in the bathroom & a large hole on the inside of the bathtub with a towel put in it. If it wasn't for the fact I was forced to pay an additional $20 for having my dog with me, the situation would have been laughable. Terrible experience

The manager of the hotel is very racist, I was in the hotel for 2 minutes to check it out and the manager said that he seen me on the camera and said that I looked super suspicious and that I wasn’t supposed to be in the hotel and was letting me know that all the doors were locked like I was trying to steal something, very bad experience just from being in there for 2 minutes

We weren't very pleased with our stay here. The AC was unable to cool the room adequately. Although I am retired military, and a member of several organizations that typically earn discounts, none were available, even though the motel was not full at all. There were no cups for the coffee makers and only decaf coffee available, no condiments. No complimentary breakfast was provided. The tissue holder was empty and the toilet paper holder was broken.

Quality awards 10+ years ago and it shows. Needs some updates and just overall fixed up. Our room had a strange smell and the mini fridge was completely removed from the room so we couldn't save our dinner leftovers. It was significantly cheaper than the other options ($50 vs $100) and a functional place to sleep though.
