Hacienda Mazatlán Sea View

The facilities, in general, look great, the service at the restaurant is average, cleanliness is good, my room's bathroom door was hard to close. The reason I gave it a low score is mainly for a "misinformation" on their website regarding Wifi. Besides the lobby, THERE IS NO WiFi in the hotel. When I asked front desk for password I was told that room's do not have WiFi. Also, data reception is not very goog either and there is nothing within walking distance from the hotel.

We bought tickets to watch the main carnival parade at the Hacienda Hotel. Overall it was just average. There were three rows of chairs (each row with about 100 chairs packed as tightly as possible) with no height separation between the rows, so those who weren't in the front row couldn't really see well. Also of note is the the parade goes down the other side of the avenue from the Hacienda, so with the throng of people, it was really hard to see the dance acts that followed most of the floats. We lined up at about 12:30 and there probably wasn't more than 20 people in front of us. The hotel came through the line and gave each party as many pieces of paper as each party wanted so that they could put them on the chairs as they went in, in order to "reserve" them. They opened up the seating at 1 PM, and, surprise those twenty people took the entire front row, and any other good spots. There was a couple of chairs in the front row that didn't have these pieces of paper on them yet, but when we went to sit in them, a woman threw a fit saying they were hers (and she was hurriedly sticking as many pieces of paper as she could on a slew of chairs). After a brief argument, not wanting to create a bigger scene than already had transpired, we went and sat near the end of the second row. In order to get in and out of these seats to enjoy the open bar or use the restroom, you have to somehow squeeze past almost 50 people. This simply cannot be done without bumping people and moving chairs. They are simply packed in way too tight. This tight seating also became a problem when the person to the left decided to constantly stand up and wave his arms, phone and drink in front of us and others in their seats. Outside of these issues, virtually all those attending were very polite and tolerant of the conditions. Also, the staff was friendly, restrooms were kept clean, and drinks and food were both good and plentiful. In all it really wasn't worth it, since you can easily find a spot to put a chair at the edge of the street and be in front for the parade which we have done before. It was good to give this a try, but I really doubt we would do this again at the Hacienda.

Me casé en este hotel el 9 de noviembre por lo que prácticamente todo el lugar estuvo ocupado por mis invitados ese fin de semana. Vivimos una historia de terror porque la luz se fue un día antes de mi boda, mis invitados tuvieron que dormir sin luz o cambiarse a otro hotel. Ah pero para cobrar si tuvieron luz!!!! Y a nadie nos reembolsaron. Al parecer estaba conectados irregularmente y la CFE llegó a cortarla. Si, como oyen!!! Además de esto, el hotel es viejo, caro para lo que ofrece, el personal lento para responder, no hay wifi en los cuartos y el ferrocarril te despierta a media noche. Como ven es un chiste de hotel, no se queden aquí si quieren disfrutar sus vacaciones. Y si están considerando casarse aquí NO LO HAGAN!!!!

Excelente servicio la gente del hotel nos trató muy bien las habitaciones están excelentes cómodas limpias y sobre todo la.atencion que te da la gente de ahí sin duda lo recomiendo mucho a parte te sugieren lugares a los cuales puedes ir a visitar

Las puertas de algunas villas están sin mantenimiento, el internet es malisímo, en años no había tenido una conexión a internet tan deficiente. Encontramos una cucaracha, la cocina es eléctrica pero las parillas de cerámica en donde uno coloca el sartén están cubiertas de óxido por lo que toma demasiado tiempo calentar algo. En general las instalaciones lucen deterioradas y en decadencia con falta de staff para dar mantenimiento. No obstante los desperfectos de la Propiedad no impiden que disfrutes de tu estancia ya que lo básico sí cumple su función. Me gustó que la playa es prácticamente del hotel porque casi no hay hoteles alrededor, eso sí meterse al mar es toda una faena y sólo para los que saben nadar.

Llegamos con la intención de pasarnos unas hermosas vacaciones y no fue asi,al entrar al hotel la recepcionista nos trató muy déspota y grosera, ni siquiera las buenas tardes nos dió, después fuimos a comer al restaurante y los meseros de igual manera se portaron muy prepotentes hasta parece que te hacen el favor, por la mañana saludé al personal dando los buenos días y ninguno se digna a responder el saludo, y de pilón fuimos a pasear al malecón y de igual manera la gente es muy grosera, en lo personal no vuelvo a este hotel ni a mazatlán.
