Poor hospitality by manager in reception. Lock of toilet in 4 bed room is broken, no effort to repair by manager. There us no private pool as described in the hotel amenities.

Very untidy, specially bathroom, in every corner there are so many spider web & in backside of bathroom door. One of our room found leakage water from bathroom. They have not proper utensils to serve hot water or tea in the room. Management is very much unjustified to hear boarders complaints.

Great hotel, good staff, stay was amazing. Environment is good, we loved the food. Best place to stay in winter days but book 1 week before, so that you will get rooms

We have spent 2n at double bed deluxe ac room. Room was cozy and the service was good also. Desi chicken, fried rice, chilli chicken, local katla fish curry were superb. Hotel has arranged ac car for local sight seeing for whole day with a charge of rs. 4000. We have covered buribalam river, bramhanikund, bankabal dam, sulaipat dam, duarsini temple, tribal villages and bis-oi haat. Really picturesque and amazing tour. The only cons are maintenance of the rooms should be more and window view should be arranged.

Very good room quality according to the pice. Staff behaviour is very good and manager cum owner is very friendly.

The hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are very small and not good. They serve foods which are not tasty but prices are high. The hotel staff are not good at communication. We had to face trouble due to that. No normal water supply is there. Only mineral water which we have to buy.
