This castle was incredible. The whole place is like a museum! We had a wonderful time just wandering around. There is an actual museum in the dungeon, but the times that is open were unclear and we were unable to go down to that part of the castle. Still an amazing place. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was amazing.

Happened upon the castle when driving nowhere in particular...found beautiful grounds and paths through the woods, the bar was perfect and Stephen was so helpful and made delicious drinks. Costa made our dinner a pleasure, which was also delicious (will no longer accept a steak unless it comes on a sword) and the tour guide, whose name escapes me, was welcoming and informative. Will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at bellek Castle, from the minute we checked in at reception, we were made feel so welcome..the girl brought us to our room,very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.. We did the tour ,sean the tour guide was very good giving us loads of information of mayo where to go etc,the tour was very interesting and historic highly recommend,we went in for a drink into hotel bar and welcome we got from the bar manager and his staff ,Stephen went out his way to get liverpool match on for us ,which he didn't have to do,he was such nice guy ,always made sure we had a drink and were enjoying our stay..we spend alot of our time talking to Stephen and we go home today having made new friends...we also had dinner in the library restaurant, the food was absolutely top class ,my husband had bullock fillet on the sword which was divine ,so tasty .so professional the way it was presented to us ..the staff were absolutely outstanding aswell..we will definitely be back again soonoverall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at bellek Castle for my 40th birthday..special thank you to Stephen you made our stay all the more fun and better..Debs&James YNWA

Dinner in Belleek castle was fabulous. The food was gorgeous and the service was excellent. We were there for a 21st birthday celebration and we had a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was lovely. People thoroughly enjoying watching the beef being served and set alight on the sword! It was quite dramatic! Highly recommend!

I slept like a baby because the bed was so comfortable. The food and dining experience was wonderful. The waitress and waitors were gracious and professional. I have been very impressed with our stay here. The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable about Ireland.

Fabulous experience in belleek castle Lots of history and old antiques Must see for any visitor And there is a bar and restaurant aswell the lady that shows you around the tour has lots of information about the castle and you get to hold a really old sword and chain mail and take pictures with your friends and family

Myself and my partner visited the castle and we received 5 star treatment plus !!from Steven the bar manager. His cocktails were exceptionally special! Very friendly and could not do enough to make our stay pleasurable...we will be returning solely because of the experience he delivered!! Leeann & Conor

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at the Library restaurant, August 7. Probably our 4-5 th time over the past decade. Ambiance always very interesting - medieval trappings. Th bar with timber allegedly from a Spanish galleon. Service in the bar and restaurant warm and efficient. The food quite excellent. I had the duck breast done perfectly - medium rare - with a wonderful sauce similar to a very good Parisian brasserie. I have appetite problems in general but cleaned my plate with gusto. My wife loved her monkfish as well. The service excellent. Not often in this part of Ireland (or anywhere) that they discreetly clean off the crumbs from your place setting between courses. Our experience at Belleek has always been very good. And it is gratifying to see BC has moved up even another notch in quality. We hope to return next year.

Hosted a large family gathering with friends and family while in town. Toured the castle and had dinner. Stephen in the bar was a rockstar. Had a fantastic time plenty of areas to keep the little ones occupied outside. The armor room is a great collection of a era long gone
