The apartment was my home for a week, I use the term "home" because this is how it feels when you are welcomed with so much warmth. The owner is very friendly and helpful, he will be able to advise you on how to best appreciate the city and the surrounding places. The dwelling is in the heart of the Sassi and from there you can easily reach all points of major interest. Rooms are clean, the beds very comfortable and you can enjoy a magnificent view, especially in the evening very romantic. I love photography and the pictures I took from my bedroom window are priceless. I use to travel a lot and I rarely return to a place I have already visited, but I will definitely return here, it is a magical place!

We (my friends and I) loved our stay at Dimora Santa Barbara. It's right in the centre. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. We were mesmerized by its high ceiling and even though it was winter season, the room was toasty. The view from the room was definitelly the best part of it, absolutelly breathtaking. Ivan, the owner, is very helpful and nice person. You won’t regret staying here.

Camera pulita e abbastanza confortevole, abbiamo avuto un problema con la caldaia ,che ci ha lasciato senza acqua calda(abbiamo fatto doccia fredda), segnalata alle 19 , abbiamo avuto risposta dal tecnico che non eravamo capaci di impostare la manopola,che la caldaia era ok. Hanno controllato la caldaia solo la mattina dopo rendendosi conto che aveva un problema. Penso che non sia accettabile intervenire con calma il giorno successivo mettendo in dubbio la paralo del cliente, senza nemmeno passare a verificare. La posizione è ottima per poter girare per il centro, ma in caso di problemi bisogna arrangiarsi.

La città di Matera pare un presepe...specie di sera. La location che ci è stata assegnata (La Torre) è a due passi da piazza del Duomo, in pieno centro. Permette di visitare tutto con estrema comodità. Peraltro è un appartamento dotato di cucina, molto ampio con soppalco da favola. Consigliatissimo. Ammessi animali domestici al costo di 15 euro al dì.

In posizione centrale comoda per gli spostamenti. Ampia metratura con rinfresco d'aria sufficiente anche grazie al ventilatore presente nel soppalco. TV presente sia al piano che nel soppalco. Bagno con quanto necessario, da notare la presenza sia della doccia che della vasca.

Struttura magnifica, accogliente, completa di ogni confort. Wi-fi perfetto. Balcone con vista insuperabile. Non manca niente. A due passi dal Duomo e dalle principali attrazioni di Matera. Personale cortese ed attento. Da non perdere assolutamente

La nostra esperienza presso la vostra dimora è di sicuro da provare, vista affascinante sul sasso caveoso e sul parco della Murgia, peccato per alcuni dettagli riguardanti la colazione, mancanza di rifornimento per la colazione come cibo, bustine di tè e cucchiaini. Lo consiglio a tutti posto stupendo e collocazione perfetta.

Logement parfaitement bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur les Sassi. Chaque matin était un réel plaisir pour les yeux. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et dotée d'un superbe plafond en coupole. De plus, nous avons trouvé la literie confortable. Le logement était vraiment mieux que ce qu'on espérait. A notre arrivée, l'hôte n'était pas là. Nous avons dû lui téléphoner mais il est arrivé 10 minutes plus tard. Il nous a donné une carte de Matera et nous a conseillé sur les sites à voir et les restaurants à faire. Malgré le fait que le petit déjeuner n'était pas compris dans le prix, nous avons eu une agréable surprise car l'hôte avait prévu un petit encas : confitures en barquette, biscottes, brioches et petits jus. Même si ce sont des produits emballés, cela nous a amplement satisfait. Rien à redire sur le rapport qualité prix ! Pour information nous nous sommes garés avec la voiture via Lanera en face de l'istituto magestriale, qui est un endroit gratuit. Il faut ensuite marcher un bon 10-12 min pour arriver au logement.
