酒店服務特別好，每個人都很熱情，環境特別棒，風景也好，我們去了加錢升級了最大的一間洞穴房間，就像住在大自然一樣，很暖和有地暖，房間超級安靜，洗澡水很大很燙，餐廳很漂亮，還有茶喝,是我們睡的最好的一晚。

無與倫比的美妙酒店，我們住了兩晚。壯美的景色令人難忘。

到前台沒有查到我們的房間，但是有訂單，所以可能是給我們升級房型了，面積大了，但是在地下洞穴，很有特色的洞穴房間，但是我覺得住一晚就行了，有潮氣味，而且房間裏很暗，連續住會難受，早餐廳是17世紀教堂改造的，很有特色，酒店外風景很棒，但我們住的床上面的牆往下掉土渣子，弄了一床，尤其是第二天早上之後，很感謝攜程，幫聯繫酒店，給我們退了幾百元作為補償，但是酒店的特色還是值得住一晚體驗一下的。

Staying at this beautiful luxury cave hotel in Matera was a dream come true. Cave 17 was romantic, authentic yet with modern amenities. We had a comfortable stay. Staff were all professional and friendly. Breakfast was generous and delicious with lots of local food to try. Be careful not to enter the ZTL with goggle navigation. Hotel gave clear instruction about where to park and how the transfer works; however, we messed up and drove right to the hotel. They helped us parked our car. We will be receiving a ticket soon. I researched on different cave hotels in Matera before choosing Sextantio. Others may look nice and luxury on the website. However, Sextantio has that special charm and artistic details that make them unique and authentic. Sextantio hotel, thank you for your excellent hospitality and the great memory of Matera that I will cherish.

Fabulous and unique hotel in the old part of Matera. Rooms are all in the original cave dwellings. Don’t panic - plenty of light and dry and airy, with excellent bathroom facilities. Staff all incredibly friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with local products. No evening restaurant, but they do serve drinks and food until 7pm. You have to park in the new town and they organise a shuttle to the hotel, which worked really well. Lots of local restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel also organised our guide for a morning tour of Matera.
